“Nice place, great location, poor sound insulation”
+The apartment is not big, but then again we are in Japan so this is expected. There are two big beds, AC, a small kitchen corner and a separate toilet and bathroom. The place is clean. I really like the location, which is a short walk from the metro station and all the action. You can just walk to the Dōtonbori canal and the surrounding areas. There are plenty of restaurants and other interesting things to see. The host is very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to check-in and get the key. Keep in mind that when you arrive from the metro station, it is very difficult to see the B&Namba sign, as it is directly above you. I had some difficulty finding the place, even though it is not really that hidden.
−The sound insulation is really poor. Every night I had to listen to banging and people talking in other apartments past midnight. Of course, loud neighbors are not the hosts's fault, but just something to keep in mind. The road next to the apartment is not busy, but you can clearly hear all passing cars, motorcycles, and even people talking outside. I'm a light sleeper and this was a bit of an issue. Take earplugs with you. The bathroom is very small. Usually, that doesn't bother me, but this one was so awkward to use. There is a bathtub, and all the soaps and shampoos are outside of it, under the sink. There isn't any space for the other stuff. It works but it is just awkward to use. Also, remember that the water heater must be switched on from the kitchen. Otherwise you're going to have a cold shower. The luggage storage is just an area in the lobby. It is locked behind a sliding door (with a key code), but it is directly visible from the street so I didn't feel really safe to leave my stuff there. I did, anyway.

“Everything was great!”
+The location is unbeatable , just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, with Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku Tower right nearby, perfect for evening strolls. The room was quiet and comfortable, and we had a wonderful time here!

“Nice central apartment”
+Everything was great! The location is only a 10-minute walk from all the famous shopping streets, and the area is very quiet. On the way to the city center, you’ll find a 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Watsons, which is very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. We were traveling with a baby, and it was very comfortable and convenient for our family. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

+La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e vicina alla stazione. La casa era molto pulita, l'host è stato disponibile e responsivo. Il bagno finestrato è un plus che non abbiamo trovato altrove.
−La zona doccia troppo piccola, con il lavandino praticamente sopra la vasca, che ha reso davvero scomodo riuscire a lavarsi. La casa è prevista per 4 persone, ma già in 2 abbiamo avuto difficoltà con gli spazi, l'unico ambiente abbastanza grande è la camera da letto, dove tuttavia manca un tavolino per potersi almeno sedere a mangiare. Tutto sommato esperienza ottima, queste piccolezze non hanno assolutamente rovinato la nostra vacanza, ma trovo giusto segnalarle.

“Ótima”
+As camas e os travesseiros muito ótimo, foi uma estadia perfeita. Localização excelente, água quentinha, cozinha, tudo o que você precisar para ficar a vontade. O preço foi justo, muito bom custo-benefício. Voltaria sem dúvidas
−Difícil de querer sair da cama porque o colchão foi muito bom kkk. Na verdade gostamos de tudo, não temos nenhuma reclamação.

+Está muy bien ubicado, y muy limpio, además tiene lavadora y tendedero. Y una cocina pequeña básica para calentar algo de comer.
−La habitación es pequeña para 4 personas, nosotros eramos dos, así que una cama la usamos para dejar maletas, pero si no, casi no hay espacio.
