“Will book again if visiting Osaka.”
+Great location. Walking distance to Namba station and Dotonbori while being peaceful and quiet. Spacious, great facilities, very helpful staff. Great value.

+The apartment is big with 2 individual rooms that can accomodate 5 of us easily. The location is near OCAT airport bus station and there is a Lawson store just next door.
−We initially thought the apartment is near Dotonburi but it's actually almost 15 minutes walk (to Glico man sign).

“Great stay for Osaka!”
+Very spacious and clean, location is very good also, being very close to Dotonbori area and a Lawson just next to our accommodation that allows for smoking as we are both smokers. Staff incredibly kind, accommodating and friendly. The responses by staff is also always extremely quick!
−The AC unit in the bedroom is quite loud compared to the one in the living room, so sleeping was a bit difficult as it was too hot and the duvets were very thick, even if it was hot weather and not in winter.

“Was the least favourite places we stayed at on our trip and I can’t recommend to stay here.”
+Walking distance to Dotonbori was convenient. As was the Lawson’s underneath.
−The location itself was not great. There is a table tennis club on the floor directly below, the windows did nothing to stop the street noise, earplugs were supplied. The interior was a bit dated. The self check in online did not work either.

+The location is excellent. The facilities and presentation of the apartment are also excellent. I had an issue (my fault) with locating the apartment and the staff were responsive and very helpful.
−The beds are too small for 2 people, but apart from that we couldn't fault it.

Sal.
