+Nice location, a bit further away the centre of Naples but easily accessible and 15 min away with frequent regional trains from the close by Pietrarsa station. We went one day to Naples, and another to Pompei. The facilities is in a charming older building but modern and have a kitchen, as well as complementary breakfast. There is a nice resaturant across the street on the sea shore, great for relaxing dinner with seaview.
−The room was a bit noisy during the night due to the traffic on the main street, but the closed window offer good soundproofing.

“Excellent value for money, especially suitable for a family that needs 2 rooms together.”
+Located in a neighborhood relatively far from the city center, but those who love Elena Ferrante's books/series, "My Brilliant Friend", will enjoy every moment in the neighborhood. There is a bus stop to the city center a few steps away, and a train station a 10-minute slow walk away, PIETRARSA, and a wonderful pizzeria that all the locals eat at every evening, right on the corner of the street leading into the station. The attitude towards guests is excellent and the owner is willing to help with everything, including transportation from the airport.

+The apartament is nice and clean (looks recently renovated, everything like new). Comfortable room with a balcony and view to the sea in the distance. The staff is very communicative and helpful, flexible in terms of arrival hours.

+We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Naples and highly recommend it to anyone! The apartment is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine and a coffee machine, which was a great bonus. The apartment is brand new, and the attention to detail is impressive. There’s also a parking area right below the building, which is very convenient and adds an extra layer of security. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. The owner is extremely dedicated and helpful, always available for any questions or assistance. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

−Nemaloniai bendraujantis šeimininkas. Nerekomenduoju! Nesijaučiau patogiai dalindamasis butu ir vonios kambariu su nepažįstamais žmonėmis, tai nebuvo aiškiai nurodyta buto aprašyme. Tai yra dviejų miegamųjų butas, jokio privatumo, siaubinga garso izoliacija.

−Leider mussten wir eine äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung mit dem Betreiber machen. Uns wurden mehrere Dinge vorgeworfen, die wir definitiv nicht verursacht haben. Unter anderem wurden uns verschmutzte Handtücher, ein dreckiges Bett sowie ein angeblich verschmutzter Teller angelastet. Wir haben den starken Eindruck gewonnen, dass der Betreiber bewusst versucht hat, uns für Verschmutzungen verantwortlich zu machen, die nicht von uns stammen. Für uns wirkte das Ganze gezielt inszeniert. Ein solches Verhalten ist aus unserer Sicht absolut unseriös und inakzeptabel. Wir haben uns als Gäste unfair behandelt gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.
