+Room was clean, host was cleaning it daily. Breakfast was great, exclusive for room. Every morning host was leaving fruits and fresh croissants on table, also rest is self-service.

“Beautiful place to stay, great location and room! Would love to stay again!”
+Breakfast was delicious and had space to sit both indoors and out. Davide was nice enough to prepare breakfast a little earlier than usual, allowing us to catch an earlier train. The location was good - the town was lovely to walk around and it was very easy to get to other towns too.

“Exceptional”
+Very nice host. We had a balcony with a mountain view. And you can eat your breakfast on another balcony with Lake view. 14 min. to the train station and from there just 10 min to Varenna. Nice breakfast included.

“Thank you Davide for being a great host, we enjoyed our stay”
+Good size room, very clean, fresh croissants at breakfast yummy!
−Didn’t have a kettle or utensils in room for making a cup of tea or coffee. Also a little far from restaurants/ grocery store which were often closed during our stay so found it difficult to find places to eat or get food in Lierna.

“Ideal stay in a quiet zone.”
+Breakfast was very good with a nice view of the lake. Train station was about 10min walk and there is also a food store nearby. Owner was very helpful and made sure we had a good stay by helping us with all our requests.
−Another pillow ( we did not ask the owner for an other one either to be fair)
