“Good location, electricity cut and unfriendly staff”
+The location of the place was great! Close to the beach. The room was clean and it had a small balcony.
−The communication with the host was very poor since they didn’t speak English. It was an electricity cut from 5am which with a temperature of 35 degrees wasn’t pleasant. No electricity for the lights, no AC, no possibility to charge phones. The room didn’t have any hand soap. The staff was not the most welcoming.

“I'm sure there are better places to stay overnight in this area!”
−The place was like a boarding house. Everything was locked and if you forgot your key if you closed your bedroom door, then it was locked (which we did, unfortunately). The dish sponge and cloth were filthy. Looked like they had been used many, many times before. It was not right on the beach which the photos depicted in booking.com.

“Extremely rude manager.”
+Very clean and close to the beach. We visited October 1st. The neighborhood (beautiful area) and beach was deserted. The available restaurant was a mile away. The manager/caretaker was rude. No one was there to greet us--just a ring doorbell and he called us stupid (in Italian and under his breath). We couldn't figure out how to get inside the B&B until we heard the voice from the doorbell. Then we didn't know which room was ours. The stairs to our room were very narrow and steep. Very glad we were only there for one night. Probably would not visit again.

“Perfect!”
+Perfect location, the room is very cozy, new, extremely clean, had a fridge, very nice balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset. The hosts are especially kind, good communication. We left our ipad in the room and the host helped us a lot, he delivered it to us to another city. We appreciate it very much and recommend this place 100%!!!
