+Great location, very thoughtful breakfast, and overall a great experience. Close to metro to get to main attractions but trevi is very close; easily walkable.

+We loved it. The location was very peaceful but still very close to the train station and within walking distance from attractions. The building was charming and the apartment was on top floor, with an elevator. The breakfast was nice. The host is the best! Very easy and pleasant to communicate with her. Everything was superb. The place was well attended to, clean, beautiful and cozy. I loved the little balcony in our room.
−We could hear the sounds from the other room quite clearly, but it's an old building and it's not that bad, honestly.

“Charmante Unterkunft im Zentrum Roms”
+Sehr gute Lage - direkt im Zentrum und doch ruhig gelegen. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer Roms. Host war immer erreichbar.

“Отличный отдых в центре Рима”
+Отличное местоположение, отличный персонал, квартира с антикварной мебелью, нам добавили доп кровать и завтраки недорого. Высокие потолки, жизнь почти как в музее. Много кофе к кофемашинке
−Тонкие стены, вечером лучше говорить шепотом. Чайник было бы лучше на съемной подставке. Но это мелочи

“SON UNOS ESTAFADORES”
+Me estafaron, “Constanza” la presunta administradora del hotel al parecer me tendió una trampa para que no me presentara el 11 de Octubre y así reportar q Booking que no me presenté, cancelar la reserva y cobrar el dinero. Resumen de los hechos • Se realiza reserva y 03 de septiembre se paga el 100% del precio a través de una credit card • 07 de septiembre notifico a través booking.com que el ingreso al hotel sería entre las 12:00 am y 1:00 am del 08 de Octubre (ver video) • 08 de Octubre, Constanza, me escribe al WhatsApp registrado en la reserva y me informa que después de 10 pm no le es posible recibirme y ofrece dos opciones: Opción 1) Cancelar la reserva de la noche del 11 de Octubre y busque un hotel con recepción 24 horas por la noche del 11 de Octubre y el dia 12 de Octubre apartar de las 8 am presentarme en B&B Querini. Opción 2) pagarle a Constanza 60€ de suplemento por recibirnos después de las 12 de la noche. De mi parte se procede a confirmar que aunque no esta de acuerdo tomamos la opción 2 que es pagar los 60€ adicionales por presunto "tarifa de suplementos" • A pesar de nosotros acceder a pagar la tarifa de 60€ por presunto suplemento, Constanza insiste en que cance

“Cudowny pobyt.”
+Lokalizacja apartamentu była bardzo dogodna, blisko atrakcji turystycznych, metra i przystanków autobusowych, a także sklepów i restauracji. Śniadanie w pobliskiej knajpce było bardzo smaczne. Właścicielka obiektu jest przesympatyczną osobą. Sam pokój był wyposżony we wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, posiada uroczy balkonik i był codziennie sprzątany. Bardzo dziękujęmy :)

“Anbefalelsesværdigt”
+Meget god beliggenhed i en sidegade til Via Nazionale og i kort gåafstand fra Termini. Værten Constanza vær særdeles hjælpsom og imødekommende. Enkel morgenmad med kvalitetsvarer på nærliggende cafe.
−A/C var kun lige tilstrækkelig. Temperaturen nåede aldrig under 24 grader på værelset. Internetforbindelse var meget langsom. Morgenbuffeten om søndagen var en stor skuffelse. Større udvalg end til hverdag, men dårlig kvalitet.

+Camera este la etajul 5, insa exista lift. Camera este frumos decorata. Baia este foarte curata. Micul dejun de duminica este foarte bun, in restul saptamanii micul dejun este sumar (o cafea+ un croissant+ un suc). Locatia este foarte buna, aproape de gara, aproape de autobuze, si de metrou Republica.
−Camera (cu baie proprie) este intr-un apartament, iar peretii sunt subțiri si se aude din camerele adiacente ( a fost si un catelus care a latrat noaptea). Cand fiica mea a vorbit la telefon dupa ora 10, ne-a batut cineva in perete si ne-am simtit prost. Serile urmatoare am vorbit in soapta... Nu e posibilitatea de a lasa bagajul cateva ore dupa checkout. Deși gazda s-a oferit să ne ajute, informațiile nu au fost prea exacte și ne-a luat ceva timp să vedem cum facem sa lasam bagajul de la 12 la 13.45.

+Struttura centralissima. Host molto gentile e super disponibile. La camera spaziosa, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione compresa era davvero ottima, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Consigliamo davvero questo B&B, non deve essere facile trovare di meglio. Torneremo sicuramente!
