“Budget, a good value for someone trying to save money, not great for a romantic stay.”
+The location is good for access to the metro, and public transit, it's also in close proximity to major attractions but it's not too busy. The host was very nice and helpful.
−The size of the rooms the overall furnishings and finishes on the walls and ceilings were dated, the windows were very old, it was not very comfortable to stay in aside from the beds.

“If you're looking for an affordable stay near central Rome, this is a great option.”
+The room was a decent size for 3 people, comes with a mini fridge, small table with chair, wardrobe and drawers which were helpful. Giulia (the B&B host) was very welcoming and helpful on arrival to show the best areas of Rome. The location is a 5-10 minute walk to central Rome which was good. Price was good for August. Bedsheets changed quite often which is great for a B&B. Allowed luggage storage on day of departure so could go out before going to the airport.
−Bathroom is quite small. Shower drained water very slowly so water ended up pooling in the shower. Takes a few minutes for it to drain.

“Excellent stay”
+Room space, amenities, cleanliness and especially Giulia who was super helpful during my stay with recommendations and advice.
−The AC in the room should have a different orientation/angle because the cold air blows straight to the head when sleeping.

+Guilia is a great host, reactive, considerate and willing to help and make our stay as convenient and smooth as possible. Thank you again Guilia for hosting us in your little safe Haven in boiling Rome.

“Consiglio questa struttura perché oltre al comfort si gode di una posizione centralissima”
+Struttura centrale, molto curata e la Signora Giulia mette a proprio agio gli ospiti venendo incontro ad ogni esigenza. Noi avevamo necessità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e lei si è resa disponibile, gentile e accogliente. La camera pulita, spaziosa e con una mega tv.
−Nulla, tutto perfetto grazie a Giulia

“Bis bald, fabelhafte Unterkunft”
+Sehr gut. Super freundliches Personal. Sehr sehr sauber. Wird an alles gedacht. Hundefreundlich!! Sogar mein Rücken war mit den Bett zufrieden. Ich bin schon das 2te Mal dort, würde immer wieder zurückkehren.
