+The location was great. Ciro was very responsive. He let us check in late and also helped us in all the things we needed.
−We had issues in the accommodation, and there was a big leak in the kitchen sink (apparently, the leek was already there). Even though Ciro fixed it the day after, being in a flooded room was not great. The room got very dirty because of the leak and nobody came to clean the room. Also, the second single bed was very uncomfortable. It might be good for a kid but not for an adult. The accommodation is very simple, and it fits a couple, not 3 people.

−It was difficult to get in touch with the owner. I had to ask to a random girl to let me get inside the main entrance and then look for owner’s grandmother.

+Good location in the historic center of Napoli, walking distance from the station. The owner is kind and was easy to be reached by phone, willing to help. A coffee machine is available inside. Nice breakfast Italian style available in a bar nearby
−The flat is in a courtyard. There is no sign or indication which can help identify it, I had to call the owner to ask how to find it. Although clean inside, there is no window (we had to leave the door open) and the air inside is pretty bad, smelling musty.

“Hatalmas csalódás”
−Csak egy nagyon kicsi ablak van, és az is egy büdös első udvarra nézett. A szoba dohos, és levegőtlen. A környék borzalmas, és nagyon zajos. Nincsen személyzet, egy emberrel lehet beszélni, csak Whatsup-on, és ő is csak olaszul beszél. A reggelit egy kávézóban lehet elfogyasztani, de minden reggel ugyan az(crossaint, ami nem friss és kávé).

“Neapol určitě ne”
+Nic,vůbec se nestaral,přijel pozdě, poukazy na snídani přinesl o den později. Snídaně 1 croassan,malá káva. Musely jsme si zaplatit, protože bez karty neuznali. Obsluha agresivní,bez známek znalosti AJ. Nejhorší,co jsem zažila

+Tres propre a notre arrivé. La proprietaire a été gentille et nous a laisser prendre le logement plus tot. Tout le necessaire pour cuisiner, avec epices et huile.
−Communication difficile, ne parle que Italien. Dans la description sur booking nous etions supposé avoir un petit dejeuner italien servi. Nous n'avons rien eu. Nous avons demandé par message, mais n'avons eu aucune information. Juste un message 3 jours apres pour nous demander de payer des tax. Quelqu'un, le mari de la proprietaire, a essayer de rentrer dans le logement alors que nous etions la. L'air climatisé coule, on a du mettre un sceau. La douche coule aussi. Bien placé, mais quartier que nous trouvons pas securitaire, on croise beaucoup de personnes drogué et sous l'effet de l'alcool.
