+-clean room and toilet. - great location -comfortable bed
−- there was no Bnb sign. - private toilet was not inside the bedroom and wasn't idel. - no soap or shampoo provided. I can see from previous feedback that this has happened in the past. The host, the elderly lady on the ground floor offered to lend me her personal shampoo. I also messaged the owner who asked whether it was OK for me to use the lady's shampoo. After I said no, as this was not acceptable, I he provided a shampoo and a soap bottle so the issue was resolved very quickly. However, given that this was also mentioned in previous feedback, it appears that this is an ongoing issue. -WiFi password is too long.

“Hard to find but very pleasant once we arrived”
+The rooms are amazing, modern, and comfortable. The location is very central with many restaurants nearby. And the balcony view was great
−The property is not where it is listed on booking.com, Apple Maps, or google maps, it was about 200 metres away from the busy areas. The host did not answer the phone until the exact check in time (3pm) so we were left struggling to find the property for around 30 mins.

+Ottima posizione, nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, a pochi passi dai mezzi pubblici e dalle maggiori attrazioni della città. Consiglio per un soggiorno di pochi giorni! La signora è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile
−Nel complesso è andato tutto bene, consiglio di aggiornare la posizione o di mettere il numero civico perché da google maps non dava la posizione corretta del B&b. Per il resto consiglio questo alloggio!

“Nel cuore di Napoli”
+Non avevo preso la colazione, quindi non posso valutarla. Tutto l'appartamento è ristrutturato da poco con porte finestre e scuroni molto funzionali e un bagno enorme e con doccia da spa. Camera Maradona top, anche se il bagno non è in camera. Super comoda la posizione del B&B per visitare il centro senza essere proprio nel cuore della confusione, ma a 2 passi dalla fermata della metro di Via Toledo. Non c'è la scritta nel campanello o fuori dal portone, ma la sig.ra Maria se la chiamate vi apre subito! Gentilissima e dolcissima!

“繁華街至近の便利なロケーション”
+ロケーションはとても便利な場所でした。 下町の喧騒が楽しいエリアですが夜になるとそれも落ち着いて、眠れないほどの騒音ということもありません。 室内、バスルームともに清潔に手入れされており、エアコンの効きもよく快適に滞在できました。 近隣には美味しいお店も集まっており、また観光慣れしたエリアらしく飲食店も積極的に呼び込みをしますがしつこさは全くなく、何時に出歩いてもフレンドリーで安心して滞在できるエリアかと思います。
−住所が表記とは違い100mほど離れた場所にあるので、事前にホストにメッセージを送って正しい住所を確認すると良いと思います（防犯等の事情かと）。 また建物一階に着いてもB&Bという表示がないため、そこに座っているおばあちゃんに声をかけるとまさにその人がホストでした。イタリア語しか話せないおばあちゃんとのやりとりが大変ではありつつも旅の面白さでもあるかなと思いますが、一階部分にB&Bの表示があると旅行者としては助かります。 ３階とは思えない高さまで階段で上がりますので元気な人でないと難しいかなと思います。 Wi-Fiは電波は飛んでいるもののネットできませんでした。 シングルルームのバスルームは共用リビングを経由していくことになるのですが、専用バスルームではあるものの居室と一続きではないので若干面倒ではあります（私物を置きっぱなしにはできます）。
