“Comfortable room with great balcony”
+If the minimetro and train station were not in maintenance stage, this would be an excellent location to stay in Perugia. It's located behind the train station and minimetro; two great transportation options to get in/around the area. Unfortunately, they were both not functioning when I was there (mid-August 2026). As for the room, it was clean and well maintained; everything worked as expected. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. I really enjoyed the balcony! Great breeze from 6th floor, especially at night. Bathroom (my room had separate WC across the hallway) was spacious and clean with nice shower. There is a minimart in another building next to this one, so a good thing. The owner Silvia is very good at communicating with guests. Overall, a very good room, one I would return to if I go back to Perugia.
−Besides nonfunctioning transportation (busses still run) outside of building, there are very limited options for eating. Neither is the owner's fault but keep that in mind.

“A neat refuge to retreat to among the intense city heat of Perugia.”
+The room was really impressive; large, decent balcony with lovely view; nice themes; good quality furnishings; big bathroom with powerful shower. Sylvia was very nice and welcoming.
−We reported a leaky air-con unit on our final night, which was particularly worrying as it was just above the TV. The kettle and coffee maker were missing on arrival but Sylvia sorted this out so we could enjoy a coffee at sunrise on the balcony on the 2nd morning. Apparently a previous guest had broken them.

+Clean and well presented. Close to the rail station and mini metro. Has a terrace with seats
−Not the very best area of Perugia but well connected. There is nothing useful in the room like a bottle opener, glasses or a teaspoon. Hard to drink a beer or eat a yoghurt!

“Estancia agradable y totalmente recomendable”
+Nuestra estancia fue cómoda, correspondiendo con lo ofrecido. Además, nos permitieron dejar las mochilas antes de tiempo, incluso nos hicieron el favor de preparar nuestra habitación para hacer antes el check in. Estaba todo limpio. La habitación tenía incluso una pequeña terraza.
−Como posible mejora, diríamos de renovar un poco algunos elementos del baño (como la alcachofa de la ducha). Por otro lado, es una pena que estén en obras en la estación, ya que para llegar al alojamiento hay que dar una buena vuelta comparado con lo bien ubicado que podría estar, pero no es culpa del alojamiento.

“Comfy”
+専用バスルームが部屋の外で、他に滞在者がいなかったことも加えて、まるで自分の家にいるようで快適でした。部屋の広さ、エアコン、水圧やお湯、ドライヤー、アメニティ、ゴミ箱の設置などとても管理がいきとどいています。 スタッフとはWhatsAppでのやりとりです。周辺の工事状況、アパートへの入り方など、きめ細かく、タイミングよく連絡をくれました。すばらしかったです。 ミニメトロにもバスターミナルにも近いので、旧市街までいくのも簡単です。大きな荷物を持って丘の上まで移動するよりも私にとっては便利でした。
−お湯を沸かすポットがあるとよかったけど、なくても問題ありませんでした。駅の工事が終わったら、行き来しやすくなるのかと思います。
