“Nice but too expesive”
+Interesting location in the post office building. The amenities are perfectly fine and match the photos.
−The price is really high! We went ahead with it because no other accommodations were available.

“Overpriced room of a faceless, uncaring owner”
+Central location, everything you need as a minimum is there.
−- uninspiring, cramped room looking onto a parking lot. - the communication with the owner is difficult even though I perfectly understand Italian and told him/her so; his/her communication style was beyond minimal; we never met him/her, just messages, no empathy. Maybe it was just a badly trained AI agent?? 😎 - the room, for what it is, is greatly overpriced and overrated; next time I‘d spend extra and stay at Hotel Lorichella where we had a fabulous dinner and a great conversation with its friendly owner - WiFi did not work, owner did not manage to get it working when notified - breakfast is off-site at a bar and it, too, is minimalistic (1 coffee, 1 juice, 1 croissant , I paid the bar owner for the second croissant to avoid further hassle after she had been advised to hand out 1 breakfast … for a double room).

−In bagno non c'era il bidet, e la colazione abbiamo dovuto pagare nonostante era compresa allo chalet del lago e abbiamo fatto una colazione base ( per tre persone un cappuccino un succo di frutta e un tè caldo 2 porzioni di pancake e un cornetto celiaco ) e abbiamo dovuto pagare la differenza....punteggio 3

“Struttura pulita e accogliente”
+Struttura pulita e accogliente, con camere ampie e un’ottima posizione nel pieno centro di Lorica. Molto comodo l’ampio parcheggio sul retro. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza e la disponibilità nel venirci incontro con un leggero anticipo del check-in, particolarmente utile per i miei genitori. Check-in e check-out semplici e veloci. Consigliatissimo.

“Comoda e accogliente”
+la struttura e' a circa 600 metri dalle attivita' del lago. Si trova accanto all' ufficio postale ed il parcheggio in strada si trova facilmente. La camera e' nuova e spaziosa e la TV e' grande e funzionale. Fornita anche di macchinetta del caffe'.
−Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa il frigo e' piccolissimo e l ' armadio e' a vista

+Camera pulita, confortevole, B&B situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal lago e dalle attività principali. Indicazioni di check in/check out piuttosto chiare, come anche quelle relative alla colazione.
−Il servizio del bar convenzionato per la colazione è stato estremamente lento, nonostante la media/bassa affluenza di clientela di quella mattina e ha sbagliato parte della comanda (errore che non abbiamo comunicato per evitare di dover aspettare oltre). Assenza del bidè nel bagno in camera.
