+Cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. Location was walking distance to most attractions, but set away from the busy centre
−Booked a room with a balcony but due to extensive building work it was unable to be used at all- no mention of this when contacted about building work 4 days before our stay (too late to get money back!). Whole facade of building is covered in scaffolding so room is dark and builders are working directly outside your window from 8.30am. No duvet in room and room not quite what you are led to believe on booking.com. Only one picture provided is actually of the room. Did not feel 4* at all- lacking any pictures on walls and soft furnishings very sparse. Owner is rude when contacted about concerns, as is also mentioned in reviews previously. She entered our room whilst we were out and took photos which we did not appreciate.

+It was exceptionally easy to self check in. I was sent step by step instructions on what I had to do and how to get in. When I went to pay the city tax they couldn't have been nicer. It was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend it.
