+The host is so kind. She's always there for you, anything you need. The room is comfy, with the most beautiful sunset. There's a transfer service. Minibar. And mini breakfast with coffee and milk. I also booked a car to airport with them at 04.15 AM, even arrived before time!
−It's on the hill. No taxi could reach or provide you a ride. Make sure you rent a car at the airport before going there, otherwise, you need to walk up and I was almost dead every time lol

−Disappointing stay - poor hygiene, lack of hot water, and no peace and quiet During our 4-night stay, the rooms were never cleaned, and the trash was never taken out. Upon arrival, we found dirty towels and just one unwashed blanket without a duvet cover or a bedsheet, which is highly unhygienic. Throughout our entire stay, we had a constant problem with the water - we often had to take cold showers, and when there was hot water, the temperature constantly and abruptly fluctuated from boiling hot to freezing cold. The hosts live on the premises, and because of this issue, they repeatedly entered our rooms, even while we were eating. Our privacy was further disrupted by a noisy family dinner they hosted right under our windows. As "compensation" for all the inconvenience, they left us a bottle of cheap wine, which was a joke, to put it mildly. I strongly do not recommend this place - it lacks basic hygiene, peace, and basic comfort.

+Esperienza davvero molto positiva! La camera era molto bella, curata e soprattutto pulitissima. La colazione era ben fornita, con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il fatto di trovare l’acqua inclusa e la possibilità di acquistare altro a prezzi davvero convenienti. Chi ci ha accolti, è stata gentilissima e disponibile❤️ Ho letto alcune recensioni che parlavano della tenda e della privacy, ma personalmente non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema: chiudendo tutto, dall’esterno non si vede nulla. A volte basta verificare di persona prima di giudicare! Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura: pulizia, comfort, gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e torneremmo volentieri. Grazie per la splendida ospitalità! 🥰

−Avevo scelto questa struttura sulla base delle recensioni positive. Tuttavia, dopo aver prenotato e pagato in anticipo, la prenotazione è stata confermata due volte e poi cancellata pochi minuti dopo a causa di "un problema con la stanza". Sebbene il rimborso sia stato effettuato, ero già arrivata a Napoli e ho dovuto cercare un’altra sistemazione all’ultimo momento. La situazione ha comportato anche un disagio economico: Booking non ha rimborsato immediatamente l’importo e, nel mio caso, dopo la cancellazione avvenuta di sabato, ho dovuto attendere fino a lunedì per ricevere il rimborso. Ritengo che il problema possa essere stato causato dal mio orario di arrivo, previsto intorno alle 23:00, nonostante il check-in fosse indicato fino alle 00:00. Sarebbe quindi opportuno specificare chiaramente un orario limite diverso, così da permettere agli ospiti di organizzarsi per tempo ed evitare situazioni simili.
