“Warm welcome in Pisa”
+From the friendly welcome on arrival to having lovely snacks coffee and breakfast prepared for....Maria is an excellent host. She even called a taxi to bring us to the leaning tower of Pisa.

“Beautiful apartment but too noisy to relax in the evening.”
+Apartment was one of the best we’ve stayed - lovely rooms, breakfast available, great terrace.
−Noise from next apartment for about an hour and half when sitting out on the terrace.

“A wonderful stay in a spacious apartment / room close to the train station and the heart of Pisa.”
+We loved staying at the B&B Guerrazzi. Our hospitable host met us and helped us settle in when we arrived around lunchtime. The room was available for us to use immediately which meant we could leave our backpacks and then head into Pisa for lunch and seeing the attractions. The room / apartment was very spacious and perfect for what we were looking for. There is also an outside area which looked fantastic even though we did not use it given the limited time we had in Pisa.
−There was nothing that I did not like about the apartment / room.

“Amazing host, gorgeous room, felt very cared for!”
+Wonderful host who explained everything in perfect English and brought cakes for afternoon tea! The "room" was a suite with separate dining area with sofa, and seprate bathroom with bath, and there was even a terrace garden too! There was a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge... Food for a private breakfast. The decorations were amazing! The bedroom had wall paintings and amazing style. Very romantic if you are travelling as a couple, not as a family ;-) We only wished we could have stayed longer!

+My husband was sick when we arrived and it was the perfect place to rest as you have like your own large one bedroom flat with separate eating area and bathroom all to yourself. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Easy walking distance to the centre of Pisa. The host was very pleasant and discreet.
−It wouldn't be suitable for someone who wasn't fit as there is no lift and you have to get your bags up the two flights of steps.

“Perfect spot for access to everything”
+Absolutely perfect location for walking to the train station or airport. Easy to walk to see all the attractions of Pisa. The apartment was such a great size and the selection for breakfast suited both my daughter and I.

+The apartment was fantastic. Great size in a quiet location, but not too far from the main Pisa attractions. The start to the city wall walk is located a short distance away and this takes you all the way to the Leaning Tower. The apartment was very clean and the breakfast is amazing. Plenty of food and good coffee. The outside area is beautifully decorated and just adds to the quality of B&B Guerazzi. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the main bedroom is extremely spacious. Mariaelena was very helpful in showing us where to walk and see things in Pisa and scokmodated us arriving later in the evening due to our flight time. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely book again if we come back.
−Nothing. It ticked all the boxes for us as a place to sleep, chill out for a couple of hours and use as a base to explore Pisa.

“Prisvärt personligt boende på lugn gata med gångavstånd från flygplatsen och till city och sevärdhet”
+Liten skön lägenhet för en familj med vuxna barn. Härligt italienskt och en mycket trevlig frukost framdukad med allt man kan önska sig. Mysig privat veranda. Mycket bra läge, lugn gata med ca 20 min gångavstånd till stadens centrum. Välkomnande värd. Endast 15 min gångavstånd från flygplatsen.
−I förhållande till priset var det inget att klaga på.
