“Very good”
+Good location, short distance to several beaches, friendly hosts who live in the same house, small but cozy garden
−Beds are not comfortable. There is no window in one of the bedrooms which might feel claustrophobic for some people.

“A far more homely option than a hotel....”
+Price per unit of value, this is one of the best places I've stayed at in Sardinia. No it's not the Ritz - it doesn't have the price of the Ritz either. But what it does have far exceeds what you might find at a more expensive place - local, Sardinian warmth and charm from the family who runs the place. What a pleasure and a privilege to meet them. (Thank you for the beer and the homemade cakes!!) Key points: WiFi is perfect. Security is of no concern. The place is clean. It's extensive (living room, fridge, (no kitchen area), and bedroom), well furnished, nice, attached to the side of the family house. You are the only guests. There is zero noise during the night!!! Alleluia!! There is no breakfast or food service - that's understood by simply reading the property description before booking. There's a pizzeria 5 minutes walk that sells great pizzas and panninis for less than Eu10. You'll have driven to get here so you can always drive farther afield to a restaurant. There's a large fridge. This is a simple place that exceeded my expectations. Keep yours real given the price. I can't understand the few more negative reviews about this place - what did they expect for the money?!
−The one downside are the beds (2 narrow singles in the 1 bedroom). The mattresses aren't great. The bedroom has a window. It 'might' feel slightly claustrophobic to some (as some reviewers have commented, but it wasn't to me) - I think it may be because the window is high up. I never used the air conditioning so I can't comment if it works. I used the fan provided. The place was cool enough.

“Cute unit situated in a peaceful country setting with a lovely garden and warm welcoming hosts.”
+The hosts are wonderful, kind people who really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, staying up to welcome me with a beverage of my choice and providing me with an espresso and pastry each morning even though I had not requested breakfast. My first night, I arrived quite late and hadn't had time to stop for dinner, so they prepared me a large plate of cheese and meat and bread. It was perfect! The yard is beautiful, with a lovely garden that you can enjoy while sitting on the little patio outside the rental which is attached to their main home.
−The bed wasn't the most comfortable.
