“Hosts were very nice people but there were problems. See above.”
+No breakfast served. The location and area were great.
−The bed was a loft with no railings. Scary at night when I had to go to the washroom. A single light bulb in the whole bedroom. Broken toilet seat. TV was not plugged in and when I plugged it in it still did not work. Electric plugs came out of the wall still attached to the live wires.

“Super unique place with the friendliest hosts”
+The apartment is incredible, has a beautiful garden and generally everything you need. The hosts are super nice and great people to hang out with. Everything is super clean and you can see how important the place is to them. If you are lucky, you'll get to meet the neighbor's cat.

“Lies in the description !”
−Once again, I realize that it is good to check all customer feedback, because otherwise you risk experiencing unpleasant things. First of all, in the description it is specified that only one room is for rent, but it is not specified that you will share the house, the bathroom with someone... something that you will find out at the door only after you receive the key. In conclusion, you will share the house with someone !!! We don't go into details about cleaningness, because I would probably offend the person who should have taken care of it and I wouldn't want to. If you want to go to Florence, don't be stingy and spend another 100€ for a decent accommodation.

+The Host was polite and nice. It was a quiet location. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The location is a bit far from the main station. But there is a tram stop nearby. There is also a kitchen that can be used to make coffee or breakfast
−The room was dark and a bit cold for us. The WiFi was very poor inside the room. Even mobile network was unavailable sometimes
