+The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The was plenty of space to relax or prepare something in the kitchen. The bedroom was also large with ample room to hang clothes. Also, the lift to the 4th floor worked very well for moving our luggage.
−Just a short walk to get into the city center area.

+The apartment is very spacious, celan and tidy. There is everything you need, even for a longer stay. It is situated in walking distance to the city centre. There is free public parking available on the street in front of the building. The host was very responsive.

“Spacious and well equipped apartment within walking distance of the city center and Ferrari museum.”
+This is a three room apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was completely equipped with utensils, pans and dishes. It even has a microwave and clothes washing machine. It is located near the center of town and we were able to walk to the Ferrari museum and the historical city center. Host recommended a very good restaurant and made reservations for us.
−Host provided some packaged breakfast items and we were able to make our own coffee. There is a bakery nearby with really good pastries.

“A very comfortable stay”
+The apartment included so many extras such as coffee machine, well equipped kitchen, heated towel rack, everything to make a stay very comfortable. Federica was always available for any questions I had. Also close to transport for getting to other towns.

“Great apartment for staying Modena - we loved our time here!”
+The apartment was great - it was spacious, clean and well looked after. The shower and bathroom facilities were very good, as well as the big kitchen area - and overall the apartment was very nice place to spend time. The location was great for us as we could easily walk (10-15mins) into town every day. They were also flexible with late check-in and check-out times as if needed (we were late arriving) which made everything very easy for us. We look forward to returning in future!
−Nothing! The only negative of our trip was the rain!
