+The location is easy to find, and the host is very warm and hospitable; we had a precious time in the house.
−There is no lift, so we have to bring two heavy pieces of luggage to the third floor.

“GREAT Location-walkable to everything”
+The location and Nico were excellent, actually 10 out of 10. No breakfast, just coffee.....so it's just a B, not B&B 😂...No lift, so guests must schlep their luggage up 2+ flights of stairs....again, location & Nico were awesome.
−stairs, one guest hogged a bathroom and the bed should probably be replaced.

“Would definitely choose again if I come back to Venice”
+I love everything here! Host is very nice. Great location, easy to find, has everything you need. Has 2 bathrooms so no problem if u come across the type of person who takes 2 hours to shower.
−I don’t know if my neighbouring room was inconsiderate or wall is too thin. They were really loud well into late night
