“Good location and breakfast, but major accessibility, safety, and service issues.”
+Location close to metro
−While the location is good and the breakfast was fine, our stay was highly inconvenient. The elevator was completely out of service, requiring us to climb 150 steps up and 150 steps down every single day through dark, unlit stairwells that felt like a serious fall hazard. The building itself is in poor condition, looks burnt out in places, needs more renovations. Finding the property was incredibly difficult due to a tiny sign next to a McDonald's; the host needs to provide much better entrance details and signage. Furthermore, there is no actual reception or staff on site. A lady showed up for just two minutes to collect our passport photos and city tax in cash, and then completely ignored our messages for the rest of the stay. (3 nights) The rooms lack basic amenities like a kettle, coffee setup, towel hooks, or a soap shelf in the shower. Additionally, the breakfast hours are very restrictive (only 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM), after which the area is locked up, leaving you with no way to get a hot drink. Unless you are highly physically fit and willing to navigate 300 steps a day in a dark, rundown building with zero guest support, I strongly advise booking elsewhere.

−Room at 5th floor without a working elevator. I am 66 yo, with hearth, circulation and diabetic issues. They should mention 5th floor and no elevator, otherwise they csn also be responsible for someone dropping dead.

“The neighbourhood is very messy”

“Horrible stay”
+The sheets and towels were clean, but everything else was horrible.
−We booked a very nice room with two double beds from the photos, but were put in a room that looked like a survival bunker. It was old, dirty, and smelled horrible even after trying to air it out. The couch was so visibly dirty we didn't even want to sit on it. So we got scammed with the room. Then at 9pm the owner called us and tried to force us out of the room (even though we checked in just a few hours earlier) saying that the dates were wrong - they were not wrong at all. He only left us alone, when we put on the phone an italian speaker and he knew he can't play the "miscommunication" card anymore. Horrible stay.

+Je nutné ocenit lokalitu pro blízkou vzdálenost od vlakového nádraží a stanice metra.
−Ubytování se tváří jako tříhvězdičkový hotel a díky tomu si dle stanov města Neapol účtují 5.5 euro jako městkou daň za noc. Nicméně ubytování ve kterém jsem bydlel byl sdílený byt, který byl rozdělen na pokoje k pronájmu a část bytu ve kterém bydlel stálý místní obyvatel neměl nic spojené s ubytováním hotelového typu. Není tam žádná recepce a kdyby tam nebyl domovník domu, tak se budu těžce domlouvat nebo telefonovat s osobou která předá klíče, která mluví jen italsky. Snídaně k pobytu je podávána v jiné budově ve vedlejší ulici a rozhodně ji nedoporučuji. Pokoj se nacházel v 5. patře bez funkčního výtahu, který může pobyt značně znepříjemnit. Dále bylo velice nepříjemné, že trvale bydlící osoba v části bytu vlastní psa, který šťeká kdykoliv někdo projde kolem.

+Hotel não tem nada haver com as fotos postadas. Um prédio horrível, sem elevador Um quarto horrível, não merecedor de estar no booking. Deve ser retirado da venda.

“Buon B&B”
+Le camere erano pulite la colazione ci può stare unico neo che la struttura si trova al 5° Piano del palazzo e l'ascensore era fuori uso a causa di un guasto. Per il resto tutto ok.

“Posizione strategica, ma comfort, igiene e condizioni dello stabile decisamente deludenti”
+Ho soggiornato nel monolocale del B&B Chez Moi, scegliendo questa struttura soprattutto per la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria, indubbiamente il suo principale punto di forza. Purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata complessivamente negativa per una serie di criticità che ritengo doveroso segnalare ai futuri ospiti.

Ascensore fuori servizio e accessibilità estremamente disagevole: A seguito di un precedente incendio,l'ascensore risulta inutilizzabile.Per raggiungere il monolocale,al quinto piano,occorre affrontare 132 gradini su 11 rampe di scale.Un disagio considerevole,soprattutto con i bagagli,particolarmente estenuante dopo essere rientrati in struttura più volte durante la giornata.Una situazione difficilmente conciliabile con il normale comfort atteso da un soggiorno turistico. 2. Condizioni dello stabile e perplessità sulla sicurezza: Le scale e gli ambienti comuni presentano ancora evidenti conseguenze di un vecchio incendio:pareti annerite,intonaci deteriorati,impianti e cablaggi a vista.Le fotografie allegate documentano lo stato dei luoghi. Considerato il precedente incendio,desta perplessità non aver riscontrato la presenza di rilevatori di monossido di carbonio o di dispositivi antincendio chiaramente identificabili lungo il percorso.Non sono in grado di valutare la conformità degli impianti alle normative,ma ritengo che le condizioni osservate meritino particolare attenzione. 3. “Económico”
+La ubicación, dentro de Nápoles, en esta ubicación te sentías que pertenecías al barrio. Las personas que trabajan ahí te hacían sentir tranquilo una vez que estuvieras dentro de las instalaciones. Creo que nos brindaron una atención áspera pero acorde a la ciudad. El precio vino excelente para abaratar costos antes de ir a Roma. Todos los días el cuarto, cuando volvíamos estaba limpio. La atención en el desayuno muy buena por parte de las 2 chicas. La portería siempre atento. El desayuno está bien, tenías variedad. Muy buenos capuchinos. Y aunque el lavarropas tenía la plaqueta suelta, podías hacerlo funcionar y tener un lavarropas es algo que suma mucho.
−Las instalaciones. El sillón no estaba bien, estaba sucio. Habían muebles que estaban con defectos. El lavarropas tenía la plaqueta floja y no se podía usar a menos que te des mania. El baño tenía la ducha que perdía un chorrito de agua en la unión con la pared. Creo que la ubicación y el precio compensan todo el resto, pero si se ocuparan de los detalles en las instalaciones podrían tener un puntaje mucho mejor.
