“Short stay in the historical centre.”
+I loved the location and the grand entrance hall. The room was spacious and I loved the little balcony.
−The shower was a little old and the shower curtain a bit dirty but apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

−We stayed for 3 days and have hot water only the last day, when we were already leaving. There were not clear instructions how to enter the building and in which floor it is located. No one is answering the what’s app messages. But the staff that welcomed us and the cleaning lady were nice

−Everything. Do not be fooled as we were by their false descriptions. This property is not fit to stay in. The building which I’m sure back in the day was beautiful is now so old and decayed that it should be condemned. There is an elevator which you need to pay for its use (not mentioned in their description) and after exiting it still walk up stairs. We had an issue entering the building because the wrong code was sent to us. Once entering this building the smell of humidity and the crumbling walls and mold was shocking. There wasn’t anyone to greet us and we had to find our way to the “reception” room which was completely empty. After several attempts we were finally able to reach someone on WhatsApp by texting them for information as to where our rooms were. We finally found them only to enter into a room that was completely the opposite of their given description. There were mold spores on the wall above my shower. The toilet seat was unhinged and broken. The bathroom “amenities” was a hand soap pump with a broken spout. The beds and pillows were thin and uncomfortable. The supposed “balcony view” was of the buildings cavity with only one operational door opening. We stayed one

+Hébergement proche de la gare et assez proche des restaurants et petites rues sympathiques. Digicode a l'entrée
−Logement propre mais dommage que le flexible de la douche était percé et que le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Un tour du logement aurait été bien pour signaler ses petites anomalies. Les serrures ne sont pas facile a ouvrir.

+La habitación está bien, tiene un balcón que la hace luminosa. El caño es grande moderno. La ducha perfecta. Hay frigobar en la habitación y hervidora en la cocina común, así como vajilla.
−En la cocina compartida vendría bien un microondas (hay un calentador)

+La proprietaria della struttura è sempre stata molto disponibile a risolvere le piccole problematiche di check -in, pagamento tassa soggiorno e recupero chiavi. La struttura era molto pulita ed in ordine. Camere ampie e comode; il personale d'accoglienza cortese e disponibile. L'accesso consentito sia da comode scale che da ascensore. Portineria solo nei giorni feriali. Il palazzo silenzioso e gli inquilini degli altri appartamenti molto educati e gentili.
−Nulla, il soggiorno è stato ottimo! Con il senno di poi, non avendo mai visitato Napoli, forse era meglio una struttura più centrale.

+La posizione era comoda ma MOLTO rumorosa a tutte le ore della notte
−Disponibilità dell' host quasi inesistente, difficile contattarla a seguito di problemi. Non abbiamo avuto acqua calda per 2 giorni su 3 Finestra non riparata, quindi sempre aperta Sciacquone rotto e non riparato. Promessa di ritornarci dei soldi ( dato iban su richiesta dell' host ) ma MAI ottenuta. Devo dire altro? Non andate qui
