“Exceptional”
+Very clean and nice room, cute garden, homemade breakfast and it was amazing. The owner came and picked me up from train station late in the evening without any extra charge. The owner and her daughter was extremely welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend to stay here.

“Best stay by far in our 12-day Sicily trip!! 200% recommended.”
+Facilities comparable to a 5 star hotel. Completely renewed room and bathroom, amenities are top quality: bed and linen, towels, welcome pack, etc. Incredible breakfast, charming host Elvira and her daughter (who speaks perfect English). Cozy town with good local food and shops, we were lucky and we saw the Wine fest. Outstanding views of Etna. Great location if you are visiting Etna, Taormina or Catania.

“A perfect B & B”
+Beautiful room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a spectacular bathroom; separate tub and shower with rain-style head. Incredibly sweet hosts who welcomed us with fresh fruit, an air-conditioned room and our names on the patio blackboard. Huge home-baked breakfast. Perfect location for driving up to Etna tours and hikes.

+This place is amazing. It has exceeded all of my expectations. The host and her daughter are absolutely incredible - they have gone above and beyond to ensure that our stay is perfect. we had to do the check out at 2:00 am because we needed to get to out flight, and they woke up before us and made us a perfect breakfast with homemade cakes and sandwiches, so we could take them with us The room and the bathroom were stunning, we can see that they thought about everything! I highly recommend this place and we are definitely planning to return here in the future!

“I couldn't wish for anything more!”
+Everything was PERFECT. The B&B is perfectly located so that both the North side and the South side of Etna can be reached in a few minutes by car. Milo is a very quaint and nice village with a piazza that seems like a terrace overlooking mainland Italy in the distance, Taormina and the sea towards Giarre and the Catania coast. Just across the road from the B&B there is a fabulous restaurant which also serves pizza. Both the bedroom and the bathroom offered by the host were super-clean. Bathroom is so comfortable with the use of shower, bath and bidet. Towel warmer is so nice. Bedroom has TV with Italian channels, heater and a/c. Everything is brand new! A kettle, tea and traditional sweets are offered in the room. Wi-Fi with EXCELLENT signal in room. Breakfast is a work of art. Ms Elvira offers a large number of home-made different sweets and cakes each day along with coffee, orange juice, cereal, fresh bread, salami, ham, ricotta and so on. Ms Elvira is so friendly and makes you feel at home. She welcomes you as a guest rather than as a tourist. You almost feel you are visiting family. Will definitely visit once again. It will be my go-to B&B when I'm in Sicily. Thanks Ms Elvira

“Despite bad weather we really enjoyed our stay!”
+The hosts are warm and very kind people and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond answering all our questions and helping wherever they could. The breakfast was delicious with authentic pastries from the region, all homemade! If, however, you don't want sweet things for breakfast but instead eggs etc they are more than willing to make them for you. The room was very clean with lovely Christmas decorations and the bathroom was fabulous, the only thing was the shower was a bit small but for European standards perfectly acceptable. There is also a wine estate right up the road from the property and others very close by. There is one parking right outside the room and behind a gate so very secure and convenient!! A big bonus if you are travelling by car.
−The only comment I would have is regarding the Wifi which was not great. However, it was bad weather when we were there which could have caused the problem.

+Una Fuga Rilassante a Casa Althea Mia moglie ed io abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare a Casa Althea e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. Fin dal nostro arrivo, la signora Elvira ci ha accolto con un calore incredibile, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Il benvenuto con frutta fresca e deliziosi biscotti fatti in casa è stato un tocco di classe che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. La nostra camera era semplicemente perfetta: curata in ogni dettaglio e di una pulizia impeccabile. Il letto era comodissimo e abbiamo trovato particolarmente premurosa l'offerta di due cuscini diversi (uno più alto e uno più basso), un piccolo dettaglio che fa la differenza e dimostra una grande attenzione al comfort degli ospiti. Il bagno, spaziosissimo e dotato di vasca, è stato un vero e proprio angolo di relax. La colazione è un altro punto di forza di Casa Althea. Ogni mattina ci siamo deliziati con prodotti tipici locali e ricette tradizionali della famiglia di Elvira, un vero e proprio tuffo nei sapori autentici della Sicilia. Se cercate un B&B a Milo dove sentirvi coccolati e desiderate un'atmosfera autentica e familiare, Casa Althea è la scelta ideale. Torneremo sicura
