“Terrible apartament”
+It is complicated what was good at that flat
−I would like to make a formal complaint about this apartment. The apartment was in a terrible and unacceptable condition. The photos on Booking.com did not match the reality at all and were highly misleading. The toilet, bathroom, and kitchen were extremely dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned for a very long time. The overall level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. Furthermore, breakfast was included in the booking, but we did not receive it at all. I believe the accommodation did not meet the standards and description presented on Booking.com. I would therefore like to request an appropriate refund or compensation for this experience. Please investigate this matter and let me know how you intend to resolve it. Please find attached photos

“ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA DA CANCELLARE!”

−Esperienza negativa al 100% sconsigliato!!! Appena sono arriavata li, il proprietario che si finge uno che lavora li, invece gestisce lui e abita anche li nel b&b stesso. Appena entrata lui stava STRA FATTO DI COCAINA E AVEVA UNA CANNA E CHE SI STAVA FUMANDO DAVANTI A ME! Lui ha iniziato a dire che voleva la tassa di soggiorno.. Quando io sono residente a Roma e la tassa di soggiorno non si paga! E lui ha incominciato ad urlare ha dare un pugno sulla porta, che se io non gli davo i soldi per la tassa di soggiorno lui non se nè sarebbe andato. E infatti non se nè stava andando e si è inventato la scusa che gli serviva la tassa di soggiorno per andare a casa, sennò non sapeva come tornare e che il proprietario se la sarebbe presa con lui. Bugiardo al 100%. Anche dall'entrata tutto sporco. Già dall'entrata si sentiva casa tutta che puzzava di CANNE. Casa buia. Casa che metteva inquitudine. Lui era un pazzo!!!! Poi lui è andato al bagno a farsi droga. Ed io da donna da sola mi sono messa paura e sono scappata e subito andata via di corsa. Non sono voluta stare nemmeno un secondo in più. Quindi sono entrata ed uscita subito poco dopo nemmeno 10 minuti. Esperienza negativa che io da donn

“espacioso y bien ubicado”
+la ubicacion es inmejorable par aun estadia pensando en los paseos en Roma antigua, tiene muy buena conectividad por tren auna cuadra y por bus a 200 mts,,,,si llegas por tres o bus, Tiburtina esta a solo 8 euros de taxi
−lamentablemente no pudimos quedarnos mucho tiempo, por temas de trabajo tuvimos que salir rapido a otra cuidad, no encontramos nada para criticar.

−SOHA NE GYERE IDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Szexuális ártalom/zaklatás!!!! Undorító az egész hely, letolt gatyával járkál a csávó kilóg az egész pénisze, büdös az ágynemű, nincs kitakarítva, használhatatlan a zuhanyzó , nincs melegvíz, bele volt sz@rva a zuhanytálcába, a szobában cigiznek, azt se mondták el hogy melyik emeleten van a lakás úgy kellett keresni , illetve 40 percet kellett várnom az érkezésemkor mert akkor kezdték el a "takarítást" , az én telefonommal akartak ügyet intézni, a takarómat is elvették , a környék is borzalmas.... Szorongás és idegesség volt az egész.

−nessuno si è presentato ad aprire la porta della struttura. Impossibile entrare in struttura. Per messaggio si sono scusati ma non mi hanno mai rimborsato come promesso.
