“Nice stay, great value for money”
+Great location and value for money in Venice, the room was clean and hygene was good. The, host was super nice and there was a little common dining room with a fridge you can have tea or have breakfast in.
−We came end of october and our room was very cold the mattress was also pretty incomfortable.

+I had a very pleasant 3-night stay and would happily recommend this place for short visits. It was surprisingly difficult to find places on the island with consistently positive reviews for cleanliness, so this place stood out to me. I’m glad to say it absolutely did not disappoint. The location was an easy, straightforward walk from both the train and bus stations, as well as ferries to stops around the island, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are clearly marked, making it simple to find your way to the main attractions. The room and bathroom were clean, with fresh towels provided every few days. I appreciated the extra linen and pillows, as well as the available wardrobe space and in-room safe for valuables. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. They sent clear self-check-in instructions well in advance, including photos of every step, which made the process very straightforward. There was a code lock at the main gate (which seems fairly common across the island), and a staircase with a few steps leading up to the property entrance on the first floor. −The beds were comfortable enough for a few nights but could benefit from an upgrade, as the springs are noticeable. This was communicated honestly by the host in advance, which I appreciated. I had read reviews about noise at late hours so I had earplugs with me and had no trouble sleeping at night. These can be purchased from a nearby hardware store as needed. There were a few minor cosmetic issues, but nothing that impacted functionality. The shower was on the smaller side, with a relatively high step, which could be challenging for guests with mobility concerns. The washing machine and kitchen in the communal areas were not available for use, which wasn't unexpected as they were not included in the listing. Overall, a clean, well-located, and honestly represented place with a helpful host - great for a short stay!

“Lugar simples mas com bom custo-benefício, já que só ficamos no local para tomar banho e dormir.”
+Gostamos da localização, bem central e perto de tudo, há poucos minutos de caminhada da Ponte Rialto e Piazza San Marco. O atendimento da Cristina foi muito prestativo e nos respondia rapidamente. O café da manhã era simples mas bom.
−O quarto é bem simples, móveis básicos sem TV nem frigobar. Ao andarmos descalços no quarto percebemos que, talvez por esquecimento, o chão não tinha sido varrido.

“Lindo, cómodo, accesible.”
+Es céntrico, Venecia es pequeño se puede caminar completo, así que en general eso ayuda, pero está cerca. Nosotros de la estación nos fuimos caminando y no demoramos 20 minutos. El personas muy amable. Muy claras las indicaciones y te las mandan antes por wsp o mensaje Booking. Baño amplio. Habitación cómoda.
−La verdad todo bien. Teniendo en cuenta que los alojamientos en Venecia son de característica antiguas. Es verdad que se escucha un poco de ruido fuera, en nuestra opinión nada que provoque incomodidad.
