+the feel of royal chambers, the ed seiler piano in a somewhat good condition!
−- Had to wait for the occupied WC to be freed by other guests. A few times it was quite a problem(if you know what I mean) - The AC is a bit too weak for such spacious rooms. Can't imagine how it is in the hot season months - August and July. With open windows, you'll constantly hearthe hustle and bustle of city life /

“Magical place”
+I loved this location, I am very happy that I was able to find it! The rooms are beautiful, really high ceilings and lots of antiques to admire, it felt like being transported back in time. The terrace is a very nice place to relax, you can also sit in the common areas. I enjoyed sitting there and reading a book. I did not mind the shared bathroom, as it was very clean and the other guests respectful. The area is very nice and safe, close to the botanical garden. There are good supermarkets nearby, and also a nice restaurant. Lastly, the host has been very kind. I will definitely stay here again when back in Catania.

“Wonderful old villa, a unique experience”
+Wonderful old villa with beautiful interiors, an amazing balcony and spacious rooms. Very kind and helpful host. Good location next to bus stops and metro, 15 minutes walk away from the center. Shared bathroom was clean and available as there are not many rooms. The price is also very very good. A unique experience to live in such a wonderful villa full of vintage decoration.
−Air-conditioning was not so good so we struggled a bit at night as it was noisy and not so effective. But ok.

“Wonderful, atmospheric building and a kind owner”
+The b & b is situated in a beautiful, old Sicilian building, the location is a bit removed from the city centre but gives you more of a slice of local life. There is a good supermarket across the square and two very good trattorias just off the square. There is gelato shop next door!
−The air conditioning struggled to cool down the room in the August heat

−Tutto ok
