“Away from the crowds but close enough to landmarks”
+Nice room on the 4th floor with balcony and great view of the Basilica San Gioviani in Laterano, illuminated at night. A quiet district of Rome, small market every weekday close by, short walk to the Metro station. Owner welcomed us and recommended restaurant for dinner. She communicated with us, leaving notes in the bedroom.
−Tea and coffee facility very limited.

+I liked the cleaning, surprisingly for such a place it was really clean. And location is quite good, metro station is around the corner.
−It was the worst stay since I was a student. I really don't understand the rating of the place. May be if you are choosing between a hostel and this place, it's a really good option. But if you choosing between a 3 star hotel and this place, a hotel will be definitely much better. I was traveling with my child and we got room number 4. May be other rooms are better, i don't know. First of all, its an apartment which is leased by rooms. Initially the place is not intended to be a hotel, hostel or whatsoever. The owner or the receptionist sleeps there as well. The external bathroom means that you have to go out of your room to the common corridor and go to the bathroom a few steps. The room itself is very gloomy, there's just one ceiling lamp with very dim and cold light. There is no additional light at all. There's no fan in the room and the air-conditioning has extra cost. The room has a balcony, but as there's no air draft, it doesn't really help. Most probably in summer you will have to use air-conditioning and pay extra. No sockets near the bed, just a couple around the room. The toilet is very spacious but they installed the smallest shower cabin. It was really inconvenient to

“La peor experiencia de alojamiento de mi vida”

−La peor experiencia de alojamiento de mi vida. No recomiendo este lugar bajo ningún concepto. El alojamiento estaba extremadamente sucio y la habitación desprendía un olor tan nauseabundo e insoportable que era imposible permanecer en ella con la ventana cerrada. Los armarios olían a cadáver en descomposición. Además, la llave de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente. Mucho cuidado al reservar: una vez confirmada y pagada la reserva, descubrimos que el baño era compartido y estaba fuera de la habitación, cuando nosotros habíamos pagado por un baño exclusivo para nuestra habitación. Consideramos que esto constituye una práctica engañosa, ya que se trata de información esencial que debería estar claramente indicada antes de confirmar la reserva. Por si fuera poco, al regresar por la noche, el baño estaba cerrado y no pudimos utilizarlo. No había ningún teléfono de contacto ni instrucciones sobre qué hacer. Llamamos a la puerta de otra habitación cercana; aunque había luz, nadie respondió ni nos ayudó. Ante la imposibilidad de utilizar el baño, nos vimos obligados a buscar otro hotel. −El Tv Pequeño de no mas de 14" es un monitor de PC y no funciona. Se quedo un objeto olvidado y no hubo colaboracion para restituirlo.

+Signora gentilissima e camera pulita, a pochi passi dal Colosseo e quindi dal centro di Roma, in una zona tranquilla e molto ospitale. Grazie ancora per la gentilezza ☺️
