“Exceptional”
+The host is a very nice person and was very flexible with the checkin and checkout times. My great-grandparents emigrated from Cittanova, and he provided me with an article about a person in Cittanova with the same last name as me. That was very nice of him. Although there is no separate parking area for the B&B, there is plenty of area available to park on the street directly in front of the B&B
−The last night of our stay, a person stayed in the room above us, and you could hear his footsteps when he walked. He was not up late, so it wasn't a problem. However, if you are noise sensitive, you might want to request a room on the second level.

“Location ok, ma la colazione bocciata”
+La struttura nuova e molto bella, spazio comune grande ben arredata
−Camera mansarda bella ma senza finestre e/o balcone, solo velux ma apribile solo in bagno Assolutamente da bocciare la colazione, praticamente disponibili solo fette biscottate e brioche confezionate, 5 marmellate il primo gg, che sono diventate 3 il secondo e 1 il terzo gg, terminate le ultime 2 fette biscottate integrali, il pacco finito è rimasto sul tavolo per i successivi 2 gg. Un solo pacco di biscotti, non succhi di frutta o frutta o yogurt... Check out senza neanche la presenza dell'host, che non ha neanche risposto al telefono per ben 2 volte. Ho lasciato le chiavi della stanza all'ingresso senza alcun riscontro
