“Need to improve their service”
+The location
−We arrived at 2 AM (having notified them in advance) to find the building door locked; we hadn't received entry instructions, and our host wasn't answering the phone. Fortunately, after fifteen minutes, another hotel guest arrived and helped us get in and contact the owner. The shower screen was missing, apparently broken at some point,so the bathroom floor flooded every time we showered. The sofa backrest was also broken. The balcony was much smaller than it appeared in the photos and had no chairs; there was only enough room to stand.
