“Clean and nice view.”
+We loved the location our room was very clean we could watch the rides from our window I don't have any complaints about the motel. This was our second time staying at the Aztec.
−Wifi was not very good

“Fun family getaway”
+Our family had two rooms and opened the door conjoining to be able to have more of a family experience. The balcony was fun. Also the location was convenient to the beach and taking the kids to the arcade, boardwalk activities and rides. The furniture attached to the walls was updated.
−The floors felt slimy

“Aztec Ocean Resort is a great location for Boardwalk and beach visitors.”
+Very close to the boardwalk and attached to a great bar with wonderful breakfast options as well, next door. Also, the lights in the room were wonderful, having adjustable reading lights as well as lamps.
−One must be careful when walking, as the older (amd wonderful) tile floors can be very slippery when damp from both pool feet and sand. Also, be sure to bring your own coffee pot if needed, as the rooms have none.

“We made it through, but it was not what we were expecting”
+The pool was nice, but my room was supposed to be poolside. I paid extra for that, but I was on the second floor.
−Not good access to the boardwalk

“Location was great but I probably would not stay there again”
+We liked the location and the pool option if you don’t want to go to the beach. The bar/ restaurant near the pool was nice, convenient and had great garlic parm wings!
−The location of our room was right next to the kitchen of the lobster lounge where the door was kept open with guys working in the kitchen as I’m coming outside in my bathing suit. There was a shopping cart right outside our door for the kitchen workers and sometimes dirty rags. Ew The stairways could use a good power wash and the rooms could use some TLC. The pillows were super flat and mattress not too comfortable

+Location is obviously phenomenal but the rooms could use work. The staff was incredibly kind and people staying were nice too.
−The room wasn't clean when we checked in. Floor still full of sand. Bathroom was clean. Water bubbles in walls. The stairs and elevator were scary dirty. Biggest complaint is just really expensive for an ok hotel. No spots to park either ended up paying.

+Me gustó la ubicación del lugar
−Le falta un poco más de mantenimiento, para que le dé un mejor aspecto a la estadía, y la atención al cliente muy básico.
