“Beautiful property with excellent staff”
+Fantastic staff, could not do enough for us. Lovely location and the property itself is beautiful, gorgeous rooms with stunning floral displays. The touch of chauffeur service was fantastic and greatly appreciated.
−I would say it was slightly overpriced.

“Perfect place for our special celebration.”
+Beautiful house in a lovely country setting The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is a complimentary chauffeur service into Carmel every evening which is a brilliant idea. Unfortunately, we left at 6.45a.m. as we needed to be 4 hours south the following morning for a family event and missed the fabulous breakfast that is offered here. However, as we left, Julia handed us a large bag containing a delicious feast for us to eat in our journey! Thank you, this was much appreciated.

“Exceptional Hotel. Wonderful service”
+Beautiful hotel with exceptional attention to detail. Everything has been so thoughtfully considered, which made our stay feel really special. The breakfast was lovely, and every member of staff we encountered went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. The complimentary shuttle service into Cartmel was a fantastic touch and much appreciated. It’s genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in , the combination of the beautiful surroundings, attention to detail and outstanding service made it a really memorable stay. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return.
