“Just a fair stay”
+Location, easy to reach city centre by public transport. Very helpful lady on reception.
−Old, carpet was dirty , wanted to use the Kettle but it wasn't cleaned in months so couldn't use it, bathroom extremely narrow and sink so small that I was spilling water all the time.

“Excellent place to stay”
+Everything. There were no issues at all from check in to check out. Very friendly and helpful (especially regarding buses into town). It was a great help having a microwave, cutlery and crockery available in the dining room 😀
−I was initially concerned having read some old reviews of the property, but these negative reviews were, if accurate, of a previous incarnation, not the current one!

“So pleased to have met Anna and so grateful for her kindness to me when my husband was so ill.”
+Convenient distance from hospital. Within walking distance 10 15 mins. Very warm welcome to property , very helpful owner of guest house. Fridge and microwave in dining room for residents use. Own key to front door so independent. Important because never knew what time would be coming and going due to his illness.owner of property very kind and helpful to me at a stressful time in my life. Is am really grateful for her kindness to me. Will choose to come again if I need to stay in Cambridge.comfortable mattress.
−Some people may find front rooms a little noisy from traffic but I was so tired I slept soundly in comfortable bed.

“Charming accommodation near Addenbrookes Hospital”
+Charming accommodation. Clean and tidy. Host very helpful when I arrived. Free WiFi Easy check in and out. Great location, close to Addenbrookes Hospital, so perfect as I was visiting my mother. Also close to Cambridge South station.
−A bit warm overnight, but there is a heatwave!
