“Excellent value and great breakfast”
+Excellent value with a very good breakfast. Ideal for our overnight en route to resort. We arrived late, so useful to have the 24 hour reception.

−ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES! Our stay at Ayhan Hotel was a complete nightmare. I cannot understand how this hotel has a rating of around 8 on Booking.com. INSECTS AND INJURED CHILDREN: We found small crawling insects around the toilet and in the bathroom. Our children were frightened. They also slipped in the bathroom and suffered injuries, including large bruises on their knees and legs. We experienced numerous suspected insect bites, with red, swollen skin reactions that continued even after returning home. We have photographic and video evidence. NO DRINKING WATER: We used three rooms, but only one regularly received bottled water. The other rooms were repeatedly left without water. Even toilet paper was missing. At checkout, the hotel demanded extra payment for two tiny water bottles my daughter had taken from reception because we needed drinking water. Absolutely unacceptable! NO WI-FI: The internet was extremely poor or completely unavailable. Reception repeatedly blamed the main internet connection without providing a solution. ROOM 401 - BROKEN AIR CONDITIONING: The room was unbearably hot, especially because it was located next to the buil

−Absolutely terrible experience at Ayhan Hotel! Insects in the bathroom, children injured after slipping, suspected insect bites, no proper drinking water, missing toilet paper, terrible Wi-Fi and broken air conditioning. Room 401 was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep properly. Extremely rude and unhelpful reception staff, unreasonable extra charges and even demands for payment for two tiny water bottles. We were also told to sleep in the lobby with our children despite rooms being available online. Completely overrated, unacceptable conditions and absolutely NOT family-friendly. I have photos and videos documenting our experience. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

+L'hôtel est bien situé. Un merci tout particulier à la femme de chambre pour la propreté irréprochable et à la personne du petit-déjeuner pour son accueil si chaleureux et souriant chaque matin. »
−« Le séjour a très mal commencé : le transfert aéroport prévu à 21h30 à l'arrivée n’est jamais venu. Après avoir attendu jusqu’à minuit, dû se résigner à prendre un taxi par les propres moyens très élevé. Le personnel de réception est non chaland, décevant : aucun geste commercial même pour garder la chambre de 12h à 19h, il facture au prix d'une nuit complète !
