“Good base for exploring Split”
+Great location, Excellent outside terrace (private), Gorgeous stone wall interior
−Noisy upstairs neighbours, No microwave, TV didn’t work, No iron/board (later delivered by host after request) Mattress topper kept moving/separating from bed - just very awkward every time you moved No outside light at front of property, small steps hard to see in the dark .. also no terrace light that we could find.

“I loved the place it’s adorable. But needs only a few items to be perfection. Floor and shower”
+No steps. Close to getting a cab for airport was great. Owner was helpful on asssisting! Thank you.
−Little dirty in some corners. And floors felt dirty. One thing I was surprised. Nowhere to put soaps and shampoos. Not a hook not a nook. Not a table. All on floor

“Lovely stay in Split”
+This apartment is located in our favorite part of Split. Super easy to get to with your luggage and in a beautiful and quiet area. Our host was incredibly accommodating and checking in and out were super easy. The apartment was beautiful and clean. AC worked great and all of the amenities were perfect for us. We loved the terrace! Super easy walk right to the Riva and the palace.

“Lovely character property very much in keeping with the area it’s in”
+So much character and everything we needed for our 5night stay. Great aircon which was definitely needed. Lots of amazing restaurants on the doorstep and the taxi service too and from the airport made everything easy
−A few minor maintenance issues which I’m sure will be sorted

“Lovely stay in a fabulous location”
+The property is a beautiful well restored townhouse very close to town centre. We had apartments B&D - apartment B was spacious with a lovely outside terrace and up one flight of stairs. Apartment D was smaller and slightly cramped if you are tall and up a further 2 very tight winding flights of stairs. However, all the facilities were great, communication good and location superb. We had a lovely stay in Split and hope to return
−Nothing really - we were just unprepared for the difficulty in accessing our 2nd apartment

“Perfect. comfortable and welcoming. great location and stunning place to stay.”
+Three young girls stayed for a week and felt very safe and comfortable. great air-con! Overall we had a really positive experience staying in this accommodation. The communication was great and we were allowed to go to the apartment hours early. it was tidy and spacious. Room to rest and sit together, great kitchen and lovely choice of bathrooms plus an outdoor garden! felt safe and comfortable the whole time. extremely grateful and highly recommend. Thanks again
−The third bed was a sofa bed but still very comfortable.
