+I highly recommend this hotel, as long as you know what to expect! The location is beautifully isolated and surrounded by a forest (having a car is highly recommended). The staff provided 10/10 service and truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. They accommodated our breakfast requests perfectly and even gave us a thoughtful departure gift. The hotel has a wonderful traditional charm with authentic food and a spacious Japanese-style room. The warm, personal attitude of the staff and the main shared onsen were the absolute highlights of our stay.
−While we had a wonderful time, future guests should know that the property is quite outdated. This makes the price feel a bit high for the overall facilities, although everything is extremely clean and tidy. Because of the isolated location, I expected a few more activities on-site beyond the shared onsen. Additionally, those accustomed to a western style should prepare for a fully traditional experience: we slept on futons since western beds were unavailable. Furthermore, coffee was noticeably missing at breakfast. To get black coffee, you had to go up to the second floor, and milk was only available during breakfast from a communal jug at the dining room entrance (with no way to get milk at any other time of the day).

+The main bath is just perfect: the water color, the temperature that makes you want to stay more and more, the surroundings. Both the dinner and the breakfast were perfect, ryokan staff were very welcoming and polite. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

+餐廳是有獨立包廂的，用餐時相當自在舒適。
−大的露天溫泉溫度實在太低，池子也過深，無法好好的放鬆泡溫泉。大浴場相當老舊，清潔用品也相當少，僅有洗髮精以及沐浴乳。價格也實在過高。

“Gran experiència general per qui busca un lloc molt autèntic, però amb mancances.”
+Es un Ryocan autèntic, molt tradicional i amb un onsen natural sensacional, però l’edifici de les habitacions i de zones comunes necessita una actualització pel preu que es paga. L’habitació per 5 (el nostre grup) era molt neta i autèntica: dormir sobre el tatami tots junts amb adredons (molt nets) una gran experiència japonesa. El sopar i esmorzar també fantàstic. Totalment local i de qualitat. El personal excel.lent. Referent a l’edifici de l’onsen interior i zona de dutxes, està molt vell, potser és normal, però no comfortable.

“Un onsen incroyable et un personnel parfait”
+L'environnement est vraiment exceptionnel et le personnel est également incroyable. Le onsen est également exceptionnel. Nous avons adoré pouvoir partager ce moment en famille.
−Nous avons moyennement aimé le diner et pas particulièrement le petit déjeuner mais je pense que cela vient de la différence de culture avec la France. Nous sommes persuadé que ces repas ont été préparé avec grande attention mais nous n'avons pas aimé. Pas ailleurs, je trouve que le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas bon.
