“Perfect stay”
+Pete, Trina and V were exceptional. Polite professional just great people. Room 2 was a great room, very spacious lots of storage, beds were so comfortable we both slept so well. Room was spotlessly clean as was the en-suite. Breakfast was quality, no cheap ingredients here. All in all it was a lovely stay with no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay 😊

“Lovely one night stay”
+A lovely place to stay just a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs. Lovely clean comfortable room with excellent bathroom - it had everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of on street parking. The host Peter was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A great breakfast in the morning too. We look forward to returning again in the future.

“Great value for money and good location for Babbacombe”
+The accommodation was lovely, spacious, clean and had all we needed for a few days' stay. The owner and the lady who served our breakfast were very friendly and lovely to chat to. The fact that a cooked breakfast was provided in the price was a bonus, with a choice of options as well as cereals, toast, lots of fresh fruit, yoghurts and tea and coffee that we could serve ourselves with. There was no real noise problem although I don't think there were many guests at the time. The shower was good too. We walked into Babbacombe on 2 evenings to eat and admire the beautiful coastline, which was about a 20 minutes' level walk.
−Nothing really, although one evening we arrived back at about 8pm and had to park quite a way up the road as the parking is all on-street, not that it was a problem on that occasion, but might be if you arrive late and have to carry your luggage etc, going back and forth. The bed was just a tad too soft compared with my own bed, but after the first night I did sleep better.
