“Good value for money”
+This is a lovely small boutique hotel, located on the stairs leading to Parga castle, with stunning views of Parga from the small balconies or from the terrace bar below. It does not have a particular style, but they have definitely invested in modernising and updating the place, so everything looks fresh, clean and tidy. The room was specious with a small little balcony overlooking Parga, great to see the sunrise, and notably a powerful AC which came in very handy in the Greek summer heat. I would say great value for money and would love to return.
−Should not be seen as a negative point for the hotel, it is only an advise for guests: if you book be aware that the hotel is close to the top so there are some stairs to climb. If you come by car/ taxi and have baggage, go to Parga castle to drop of your bags. It's gonna be much easier than starting at the bottom in the main square .

−The staff were not very friendly, which made the stay less pleasant. The breakfast was also very disappointing, with a very limited choice and many empty plates. Although breakfast was served from 9:00 to 11:00, arriving around 10:00 meant that there was very little left. The salad bar was almost empty as well. Overall, the breakfast service could be much better.

“Fantastic stay at Avra Hotel!”
+Avra Hotel was absolutely amazing! Located right in the heart of Old Town, it offers stunning views and modern, newly renovated facilities that are crystal clean. The breakfast was delicious , and the staff was very nice, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely return!

+Staff were very pleasent. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, storage for clothes could have been better, bathroom was good in general but shower door did not fit. Breakfast was acceptable with a decent choice but coffee and juice were very poor.
−Having to pay for a cappuccino at breakfast. Coming back at 9pm and not being served a coffee as they only served cold drinks in the evening !! Not being allowed as a resident to access the public area and terraces until 9am when breakfast started meaning you were stuck in your room until then. A locked gate kept you out !! Furniture on outside terrace not suitable for breakfast dining in the shaded areas, suitable facilities were in the sun but very hot !! Again as a resident not being allowed access to the same facilities when ' the hotel ' was closed from 6pm on a Tuesday and from 6 to 9.15pm on a saturday !! In our opinion, by U.K. standards this is a b&b with a bar attached to it not a hotel.

+Краще місце для відпочинку з неймовірними краєвидами в серці старого міста . Дуже привітні працівники , чисті номери , дуже рекомендую
−Все ідеально Доступ краще піший , машину треба залишити на парковці . Але іти зовсім мало

“sensationelle Aussicht”
+die Lage des Hotels ist etwas beschwerlich da es im Hang liegt und man die letzten Meter zu Fuss gehen muss. Dadurch hat man aber einen sensationellen Blick auf die Bucht - einzigartig
−es hat ziemlich viele Touristen im Ort und so ist dieser auch geprägt. Das lag aber nicht am Hotel sondern daran dass wir uns nicht richtig über den Ort erkundigt hatten vorher
