“Terrible”
+Nothing.
−The batteries in the remote were dead. No dish soap provided they gave me a red solo cup of soap... The floor by the bathroom was rotten and sunk when you stepped on it. The porch wasn't finished it was just plywood or underlayment boards. The pull out sofa bed for my second adult was covered in piss colored stains and coated in sand. The toilet paper in the bathroom was previously used by whoever was there before us and has feces on it. The floors were turning baby wipes black and it was coated in sand they gave us a dollar tree broom for upkeep. When I asked for accommodations on the sofa bed or to move they didn't help at all. My second adult had to sleep on the couch which was obviously outdated and from the 90s. The pillows on it were flat and stained a dark brown shade. Filthy and they didn't care to help us they just wanted their money. They also gave us 2 rolls of TP for a 4 day stay..... They also had dogs roaming freely when it was pet friendly and required for us to leash pets. Those dogs were shitting in front of my cottage the entire time. Friendly or not other reactive pets exist and don't want to be approached by random dogs.

“Very pleasant stay in cottage within easy walk of beach.”
+It was nice to have my own little cottage (actually a duplex but no one was staying in the other half), within an easy walk of the beach. Everything was well kept and there was even a stove (which I didn't know was included). Lady in rental office was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Just the kind of quiet, relaxing stay I wanted.
−Some person/people did not take good care of cleaning after their dogs. There was dog poop on my porch and at the beach (nasty). Maybe some doggy poop disposal stations would help, but these people probably don't care.

+The location was wonderful! Being able to bring our dog was so nice. The bed was comfy, the pillows were a little soft, so if you are sensitive to that I recommend you bring your own. The kitchen was nice. I would have liked more space for our snacks; we reverted to putting them on the fridge. We had an issue with the tv, but after one call, Bea and Braydon made sure we were taken care of quickly. There isn't soap in the kitchen or bathroom, so if you're traveling via car, I would suggest you bring your own. They do have dish soap, but you have to ask for it; but please leave it in the unit when you check out to allow the next guest to use it. We will visit again and check out the larger units oceanfront. Thank you Bea and Braydon!
