+Really nice quiet place to stay and slept well every night.Murat the host was fabulous and couldn't have been more helpful and the lady that did the cleaning very helpfully lent me a plug so that I could charge my phone as I had brought the wrong thing with me. All up a lovely stay.
−Nothing not to like.

“Fantastic short stay in Icmeler with amazing host.”
+The owner and his lady (cleaner) were sensational. Fast Internet, nice new fridge, room safe, modern TV and hot shower 🛀 were brilliant.
−A few things a bit more modern to cook on like ie a microwave but the owner was such a delightful man and sure he is saving up to improve everything..

+The owner was very friendly and the pool/bar area was nice. Location was quiet and about 3-10 min walk to all the restaurants, bars and main beach of Icmeler. Public transportation was close by, but the area is very walkable as well. There was AC, a refrigerator/basic kitchen needs and a balcony.
−The room was higher price than I expected for the quality and comfort. The rooms need major renovations. The bed was small and highly uncomfortable (would be tough for two people), a main light didn't work in the room, wifi inconsistent/weak, the bathroom faucet leaked loudly, the curtains are basically too small and translucent and no elevator.
