“Convenient Stay Near the Train Station”
+The location is one of its biggest advantages, being conveniently close to the train station, which made traveling around the city extremely easy and practical. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their professional and positive attitude made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a good level of comfort. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and everything was in good condition throughout my stay.
−The only minor downside is that the hotel is located on a main street in a very lively area. As a result, street noise can be noticeable, especially if you prefer sleeping with the windows open. With the windows closed, however, this was not a significant issue.

“Don’t stay here. book the NYXhotel instead”
+Not much.
−I arrived here with my family in law with 4 rooms. The place was dirty with insects and mosquitos in the room and one of our family members got bitten. It was outdated and dirty. We asked for two twin rooms as we had family travelling with their teenage kids that couldn’t share a bed. The beds were pushed together and no effort was made about our request at all when the cleaner could have prepared them earlier. We arrived at 12 in the night and this was extremely disappointing. The parking for vans is not on site and at a sister hotel which we also had a problem with as there was another van half in our spot and we could not park we had to park in an electric car spot. After expressing our annoyance to the reception, whose English wasn’t the best, he called his manager in another sister hotel again and we got moved to the NYX hotel. This hotel was fabulous. The staff were amazing. The restaurant was delicious. The rooms were immaculate. Thankfully there was another option for us to go somewhere and the manager helped us out as everyone was very distraught and disappointed after travelling all day through the beautiful Switzerland countryside to get there. We later found out from th

“Un hôtel où je reviens avec plaisir à chaque fois que je viens à Genève”
+L'hôtel est à proximité de la gare de Genève, et une station de tram se trouve juste en face. La chambre (supérieure) est confortable. Il y a une mini kitchenette très pratique.
−La douche se trouve dans la baignoire, je préfèrerais avoir une douche de plain-pied.
