“This is my go to place to stay at when we visit Vail.”
+I had some difficulty figuring out how to get to the hotel as there are many "Do Not Enter" signs around the streets leading to it. When I mentioned this the manager he discounted our parking. Breakfast was still being served when we arrived and he invited us to partake. This Continental breakfast was very good with many hot/cold items to choose from. However the next day's breakfast was even better with smoked salmon as one of the offerings. The room was more spacious than most we've seen for the same or more money and had individual climate controls. The bed was very comfortable and the bath was also roomy and well appointed with personal amenities. All the staff was very pleasanrt, polite, and helpful. Upon leaving we discovered that we had forgotten a cell phone in the room. Housekeeping had already brought it to the front desk and they arranged its return by mail when we called.
−I can't really come up with much of anything that needs to be changed. For Vail it is, hands down, the best place we have stayed at and is easily worth what we paid when compared to the many other hotels we have tried over the years.

“Such a memorable stay for other to be compared to for years to come”
+We thoroughly enjoyed the property, especially the pool and balcony. Breakfast being included was an added convenience. Our car was ready for us upon our departure. Staff took time to have sincere conversations with us.
−The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. We did open the sliding door for the night.

“From Puerto Rico to Vail”
+Our first time in Vail and we want to return in January 2027. The staff at Austria Haus were very attentive from the moment we arrived, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable for four people.

“Great location in Vail”
+Excellent hotel. Great Location. There isn't room service, which is something we usually like, but given the location and abundance of food choices, it didn't matter. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It reminded us of European accommodations.

“Another great stay”
+Great location. Clean and well kept. Don't think there's a better value in the village given the price and easy access to everything.

“Perfect hotel for families with young children”
+Austria Haus in Vail Village was centrally located. The King room with the queen size Murphy bed and roll away bed were perfect for our family of 5. Though the pool and hot tub were small, they were heated, clean, and overlooked the creek and bustling Vail Village. Service was wonderful and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The front desk will give you Unlimited postcards at checkin that they will mail for you. The kids loved the cookies in the lobby each afternoon. At checkout, Paul at the front desk gave all the kids chocolate bars,a special touch they are still talking about.
