+Location.
−The reception staff were unfriendly and failed to take responsibility. However the bell boy was excellent and took care of things that should have been handle by the front desk staff.

+Located in the heart of the city centre, this hotel offers true luxury to every guest. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and I always feel like a princess whenever we stay here. There is a reason we have been returning for years! Every time we visit Budapest, this hotel is our go-to choice. ❤️

“Exquisite Hotel in a Perfect Location”
+It is a heritage palace (where Empress Sisi used to stay on her visits to Budapest) that had been converted into a beautiful hotel. The furnishings, restaurant, and location are all perfect! The hotel is less about a block from the Parliament building as well as the Danube, and there are plenty of restaurants close by apart from the hotel’s own. I must also mention that all the staff were very helpful; especially Usama and Sharsar, who gave me many useful tips on visiting the Parliament building, hot baths, and Danube cruises.
