“Read the reviews before booking!”
+The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant and reallocated another room without any issues.
−Allocated a room which smelt musty, with non-flushing toilet and beyond basic facilities. Guests should be aware this is beyond basic and resembled a prison cell!

“Great staff, but not a good room.”
+It was a great location and the staff were very friendly.
−The place was quite old and the room was dirty; floors, windowsills, etc. The toilet took much effort to flush and the sink leaked while making very loud noises. We could hear our neighbors very clearly since the bathroom window was only a half window. The room was hot, even in October. No hair dryer or toiletries, other than soap. The freezer was covered in ice, so not usable. Everything was very outdated.

+The location was good and the bed was comfy.
−This place is very dated and the bathroom was in rough shape. Cobwebs in the shower and no shampoo and conditioner provided.

“Comfortable small town hotel.”
+Nice spacious room with kitchenette and bathroom. Staff were friendly and the bar/restaurant was a lively place.
−Facilities are basic, but adequate and comfortable. They are starting to show their age. Woken up early with daylight streaming in as there was no blind/curtain on the kitchenette window, which is part of the main room.

“Per una notte”
+Buona posizione , il water era macchiato dava una sensazione di sporco
−Un po dadito basterebbero piccoli accorgimenti per renderlo più accogliente
