“Overpriced, dishonest host”
+The air conditioning was working and wasn’t too loud
−The host was never there in person. When we received a alert from the local health authorities about an Arbo virus exposure in our neighborhood and dur ing our stay the would conduct a pest disinfection, meaning spraying pesticides in our room and in green areas around the apartment buildings, we contacted the host and his implore cane out. She called him and shared our concerns and our request to get refunded for the nights we had to cut short. He agreed and said that he had already refunded the money to booking.com. He also told us that we had to be out before eleven am. We checked out at 8:30 am. About six hours later the health authorities called off the operation and he never refunded us the money he had promised to do and he never responded to our attempts to contact him regarding this issue.

−They didn’t have breakfast. They said it’s just a room, not B&B even Google says it’s B&B It took an hour to check in. The windows are broken and heard outside noise.

“Piacevole soggiorno”
+La posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dai monumenti principali della città. Situata in una traversa molto tranquilla. Camera spaziosa e con tutti i confort. Staff molto gentile. Sicuramente ci tornerei.
−Se devo trovare una pecca è la poca insonorizzazione delle camere, soprattutto con quella a fianco. Noi siamo stati fortunati, perché i nostri vicini erano tranquilli e avevano più o meno i nostri stessi orari, per cui non abbiamo avuto fastidi. Ma se così non fosse, potrebbero insorgere problemi. E la chiusura del portoncino, molto rumorosa.

+Nette Unrekunft in der Altstadt, mit charmante Ausstatung. Sehr gute centrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof. Kontakt mit dem Besitzer per Telefon funktionirt reibungslos und ist jede Zeit möglich.

“Weekend piacevole”
+Posizione praticamente a ridosso della zona pedonale, molto tranquilla. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi e puliti. Letto e cuscini comodi, stanza molto calda. Pochi parcheggi blu lungo la strada ma nella via adiacente principale c'è un bel parcheggio grande (incustodito) a pagamento.
−La camera non è insonorizzata, si sente bene la camera di fianco. Il portone si chiude male, e per chiuderlo bene tocca fargli fare un bello scatto forte, che a sera tardi o mattina presto potrebbe essere fastidioso per chi dorme.
