“Perfect family stay for visiting Maastricht and Valkenburg.”
+The room was super comfortable and close to the train station (2min) and city center (3min).
−As it is on one of the main connect roads, it can be some how noise during the night.

“Wished we had never booked this hotel - staff were lovely but would not recommend!”
+Only thing was location is near to train and bus station.
−Room was ridiculously small. Mattresses were too soft and didn't fit bed. Nowhere to unpack apart from small wardrobe with around 6 hangers. Nowhere to put suitcase. Toilet so close to wall that knees were touching wall in front. No staff during day to get a drink or on reception to complain. No signs on front of hotel so difficult when arriving by car with sat nav to see Atlas Hotel. Breakfast basic. Room so claustrophobic when hotel seemed very empty. You would have thought we could have been upgraded as staying for four nights!! Shower door so low that could not put towel in front of it that it felt unsafe to step out of shower. Mattress so soft that could not sleep which affects every day of your holiday. Chairs in room were supporting suitcases as had nowhere to unpack and it was impossible to sit on bed in order to dress! Did not feel like 4 star hotel at all. Had problems with safe when we arrived which was sorted fairly soon but could have done without the extra stress. Parking was easy as adjacent to hotel but extra charge and easy to get in and out.

+Vriendelijk personeel. Perfecte locatie, parkeer gelegenheid bij hotel. Ruime kamer
