+Location is great and breakfast nice, friendly staff
−The bathroom doors only had handle on one side made it difficult to close and open, only one radiator for family room (had joining bedroom with no radiator) so got cold especially through the night when it wasn't on and was awake to feed baby, bathrooms had no net or blind at bathroom windows. Saying that it was a good base for us did what we needed and the price couldn't grumble we would stay here again but would be nice for these lil improvements to be made

“Never again”
+Nothing
−My wife had to clean the bathroom on arrival as it had never seen to be done for months it looked like. The photos are nothing like what you are getting, I’ve read reviews before I booked and seen the pictures I thought I was getting a good deal. But the reviews I read can’t be genuine and the photos are extremely dated, I was not the only person there that also fell into this trap. It needs serious work to bring it up to a reasonable standard not sure how it still operates. The breakfast was not the best but edible. Another down point that ain’t the hotels fault is the drug dealing on there doorstep very regularly though out the day from 6.30am onwards.

+We liked the breakfast, the food and the cook. Also we liked the hotel close to Coral Island, Blackpool tower etc. And the guests we also liked.
−We didn't like the owner particularly. He wasn't there when needed and asked. He kept waffling on to himself, that he was right, and the guests was wrong. Especially when we seen black mould and reported it. Also, the roof was leaking with water, due to the constant rain and storms. He denied that. There was no-one at the reception and whenever you tried to phone him? He rarely answered it. Also? I'm sure the owner isn't disabled people friendly. As? My wife is disabled badly, with her walking. And we stayed at the top floor.. When we asked prior, that we needed somewhere closer to the lower lever, but was ignored. The owner needs proper customer service skills better, as it is completely lacking.

“Stay away from this place.”
+Location perfect
−Hotel was filthy. Did not see any staff, codes for doors were given by message. You truly should remove from booking.com, its disgusting. Paid 4 breakfasts for 5 but didn't eat a thing there. Staircase handrail was very dirty, the bottom of my fridge had not been cleaned for years, mould. Would not advise anyone to go near Atlantis
