+Don't let the phots fool you. They use a space heater to heat the room. I had to unplug. The TV to plug the heater in. Dirty rugs. Nasty dirty smudges and filth on the main door,on the inside! Terrible water temperature, took forever to get the hot water flowing. TINY room.

+The room was just ok but the location and view of the beach from the balcony made this place worth the cost.

+I chose the hotel for its proximity to the beach and the low price. The room was small but quite nice with a very comfortable bed. I was also pleased to find a small refrigerator. WiFi was good. Odd item - this room had no closet, but that was okay. I don't always use a closet. Other rooms do have closets.

+Amazing location, pretty run down though. We stayed in e family apartment which was actually pretty clean, but outdated and in need of some repairs. The battery in the door also died or malfunctioned so the key fob didn’t work and they had no way of getting us in the room, so the maintenance guy (Dave, who was amazing) had to rip the AC out of the window and we ended up crawling in and out of the window all night/ the next morning. While Dave was working on the door/window situation, the toilet flush fell out, so he then fixed that for us (it was midnight at this point and he was still so nice.) We asked for a discount because we had been locked out 2 times and then jaded to use the window, they gave us $30 off $300, which wasn’t great but at least something. I don’t know that I’d stay for the prices again, except they were friendly, it was pretty clean, the 2 bedrooms were really convenient, and the location can literally not be beat.
