“Great place for Athens experience”
+The location is near the metro station, clean and with nice view to the street, you’ll enjoy it if you like vibrant city vibes. It contains everything you need.
−The room was small, not very comfortable for work from home.

+good location near MRT, and restaurants and other stores in close proximity clean and nice apartment; cleaning staff whom i met in the morning was very nice and helpful
−i was not able to meet another staff at the property and was suspicious to get another payment request besides the payment for the rent of the apartment for the environmental tax, separately to my full payment; in all my previous 5 visits to Athens in the past 3 years i never needed to pay an additional tax separately and i became suspicious of this procedure and wanted to talk personally and if necessary settle directly on the premises: i hope you can understand my suspicion and hesitance to use an additional, separate link to pay (credit card fraud, physhing, ...) unfortunately, i could not meet a staff during my stay (weekend?), except the cleaning lady

+Very conveniently located next to the Evangelismos metro station and to a lot of bus stops. Good value for money. The place is a basic accommodation but it’s comfortable and has all the necessary things for a room.
