“Big disappointment about location and room quality”
+We had stayed in this hotel several times before. Therefore we did not spend a lot if time on selecting a particular room: big mistake ! Instead of a room in a hotel, we ended up with a « suite » in the « annexe »: a mere euphemism for a very ordinary room in an entirely different address, with a bathroom so small that soaps etc had to be presented at the back of the toilet ! Also, there was a strong chemical smell. There are hundreds of rooms in Athens at that standard, but half the price.

“Wouldn't recommend nor return.”
+The location is good as it is central and one can walk to most attractions within a reasonable time.
−We booked Athens Flair Hotel as a post-exam treat for my daughter and her friend, specifically because of the advertised private jacuzzi and terrace cinema. Neither existed during their stay. Crucially, the hotel did not inform us in advance, nor was this mentioned at check-in. It was only when they asked that excuses were offered. Failing to disclose the absence of key advertised amenities , both before arrival and upon check-in , is unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. A one-night refund does not compensate for the disappointment or the fact that, had we been told the truth upfront, we would have booked elsewhere and avoided undermining what should have been a special trip.

+Wunderschönes Hotel in bester Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter/ innen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich bestens aufgehoben. So etwas findet man nicht oft.
