+The location is perfect, the view from the very comfortable terrace is amazing, breakfast is the best we’ve had in Turkiye
−Our room for 3 people was quite small with 3 beds but we did all our relaxing on the terrace so wasn’t a problem

“Fantastic location and great host”
+This story tells you all you need to know about how wonderful the hospitality was: we had a tour starting at 7:30, but the official time for breakfast was much later. When we checked in, we asked what we could do for breakfast and the owner told us to come up early and we could eat whatever had been put out. In fact, it was the full on display at 6:30 am!! The owner really went out of his way to treat us well. We had a great breakfast! He was very accommodating with other things as well. Altogether a wonderful welcome.

+Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this apartment. The place was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. There were also no basic amenities or essential supplies provided, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The host was extremely rude, aggressive, and unhelpful. We had difficulty understanding the map and finding the apartment, but instead of helping us or explaining the location properly, he did not even make an effort to assist us. His attitude and way of communicating with guests were completely unacceptable. Overall, the apartment was dirty, poorly equipped, and lacked even basic necessities. Combined with the host’s rude and aggressive behavior, this made our stay very unpleasant. Sadly, because of this apartment, we were left with a very negative impression of our stay in Kaş, even though Kaş itself is a beautiful place. I definitely would not recommend this apartment. For the price, guests should at least expect cleanliness, basic amenities, helpful communication, and respectful treatment.

“강력추천 카쉬 숙소!!! 뷰 예쁘고 조식짱”
+숙소가 너무 예뻐요. 맨 윗층에 조식먹는곳과 쉴수있는곳이 있는데 뷰가 너무너무 예쁩니다. 사장님도 너무 친절하시고 조식이 정말 최고였어요. 너무 신선하고 맛있는 조식이었습니다. 운좋게 방도 좋은방으로 업그레드 해주셨어요.(비수기라서 제가 운이 좋았던거같아요. 너무 감사합니다. 꼭 돌아올께요.) 그리고 원형경기장과 5분거리라서 아침에 일출보기 좋아요. 위치도 너무 좋았어요.
−화장실(변기)와 샤워실이 분리되있는게아니라 샤워할때 물이 사방으로 튀어서 예민하신분은 조금 불편할수도있습니다. 전 혼자 사용해서 괜찮았습니다.

“Просто ужасно, обманывают людей”

−Вот более грамотно и убедительно оформленный отзыв на русском языке, который можно оставить на Booking.com. Ужасный опыт, категорически не рекомендую! Мы забронировали жильё через Booking.com на 5 человек, но по приезде оказалось, что для нас нет свободного места , его отдали другим людям. В итоге нам предложили всего 3 места в одной комнате, что совершенно не соответствовало нашим потребностям. Нам обещали сделать скидку за доставленные неудобства, но в итоге скидку так и не предоставили. Более того, нас просили самостоятельно отменить бронирование через сайт, но мы отказались, после чего обещание о скидке было отменено. Также пытались списать деньги с нашего счёта, а затем отменить бронирование. Впечатление от такого отношения крайне негативное. Само жильё тоже разочаровало: грязно, очень тесно, условия неудобные. В одну комнату пытаются разместить слишком много людей. Не рекомендую это место! Сервис ненадёжный, условия проживания не соответствуют ожиданиям, а отношение к клиентам оставляет желать лучшего. Если не хотите испортить себе поездку и столкнуться с подобными проблемами, лучше выбрать другое жильё.

−Nonostante la prenotazione la struttura non aveva una stanza disponibile perché in overbooking, proprietario scortese e staff altrettanto. Non hanno trovato una soluzione se non volerci portare in motorino in un'altra struttura oltretutto pagando il triplo del prezzo che avevamo pagato. Direi che già la scortesia e il non saper gestire una struttura sono indice di mal gestione. State lontani

+Атмосфера по домашнему, месторасположение Супер, с прекрасным видом на бухту, отличный завтрак и гостеприимный хозяин. У нас был номер эконом класса, располагался на самом последнем этаже, с выходом на крышу. Чисто, аккуратно. И отличный завтрак шведка. В шаговой доступности от амфитеатра. При заселении выдали купоны на посещение пляжа.
