“Cool and comfortable”
+The building is very nicely located, it wasn't difficult to get to it at all. The staff was super nice and helpful. The area is cool and retro, there are many fun things to see and do.
−The bathroom was in the room but separated from the toilet, that was in a room across the hall. It's very small and difficult to get into if you have any mobility issues.

“Fun place to stay while exploring Atami!”
+Comfortable place to stay in Atami in a very interesting area, walking distance to many places we visited. We were in the Romance Za Kado section with a private bathroom - felt like we were all alone in the small hotel most of the time.
−Was difficult to locate the hotel at first, due to a recent name change. The street noise was very loud in the room due to single-pane windows, but that isn't a problem if you have good earplugs.

“Nice staff, big room and great location”
+The staff is so kind and friendly. The check-in procedure is easy. There is the space to chill and there is a cafe. How they decorate the room and hostel is soooo cute and classic. The location also so nice, not that close to the station but between station and the beach. The room size is so big, i got the room with shower. There are a lot of famous cafes and restaurant nearby the hostel.
−Even we booked the room with shower, there is no toilet in the room. So, we still need to use shared toilet outside our room. It’s fine as the shared toilet is on the same floor with our room.

“Absolut enttäuschend”

−Der Empfang im Maruya war schon mal nicht so einladend. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns kurz und knapp einiges erläutert, zwischendurch hat er telefoniert. Ich hatte den Eindruck nicht willkommen zu sein. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder der Wohnung sind m.E. irreführend bzw. aus einem anderen Jahrzehnt. Es gibt KEINE Schallisolierung. Die Schallisolierung sind Ohrstöpsel, die der Betreiber bereit legt. Man hört die Leute unten auf der Strasse, auch wenn die sich normal unterhalten. Man könnte denken es sind gar keine Fenster drin. Der Sessel und das Sofa sind völlig kaputt. Da gucken schon die Federn durch, der Stoff ist zerissen, Polsterung gibt es nicht. Es wird versucht, mit einem dreckigen Laken und Kissen, den armseligen Zustand zu verbessern. Die Klimaanlagen könnten mal eine Wartung vertragen, so richtig kühlen tun sie nicht. Eine Klimaanlage hängt direkt über den Betten. Da kann man sich also aussuchen, ob man wegen Lärm oder Hitze nicht schlafen kann. Das "Bad" ist nur eine schmutzige Dusche. Die Toilette ist direkt gegenüber auf dem Flur. Immerhin sauber aber so eng, dass man sich darin kaum drehen kann. Allgemein könnte etwas sauberer sein. Am Waschbecken kein Licht. An der Trep

“Sehr entspannnt und originell!”
+Gute Lage, schöne Einrichtung und groß genug zu zweit. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

“熱海銀座で食べて飲んでのんびり過ごすのにぴったりのお宿”
+レトロな建物をリノベーションしており、穏やかな内装がよかった。スタッフの方が食事やイベント(夜市)などの情報を教えてくださり、熱海銀座を楽しむことができました。部屋に１冊本が置いてあったのも好きなポイント。渚湯も素敵でした。
−ベッドが畳に布団の部屋だったので、柔らかい布団好きの自分にはやや硬かった。ロフトになっているところは好き。部屋の洗面台は小柄な女性向けの高さで、男性の洗顔にはちょっときついかも？

+4Fのお部屋に泊まったのですが、とーーっても素敵なお部屋で最高でした。スタッフの方はすごく親切で、熱海街歩きマップの中でも美味しいお店をたくさん教えていただきました。

+位置方便，服務人員的英文很好也很親切。床、枕頭、棉被都非常舒服，小沙發稍微軟了點也很好坐，環境打掃得非常乾淨。因為是老屋整理，隔音真的不大好，不過晚上街上人不多，並不影響休息。熱水來的很慢，廁所會有一點管道的味道，但整體感受是好的。沒有電梯，住在四樓扛著行李並不好走。
