“Very comforable, safe, and the staff was very responsive to my needs when i texted about anything.”
+The room was very clean, bed was large, large private balcony. The house was very quiet. The full shared kitchen was great for keeping items in the refrigerator.
−There wasn't anything that i didn't like. Possibly more area to store clothes and toiletries would be all.

“Need to fix or get new bed.”
+The location was good. Walking distance for attractions. Home was very nice. Bathroom was clean.
−Bed was terrible on the right side. Room was dusty. Lots of mosquitoes. Understand that FL is mosquito haven.

“Lovely”
+Beautiful home with all amenities, and the location could not have been better.
−Due to not being able to check in on the website and multiple unanswered phone calls and messages, we did not actually talk to anyone until the day of check-in. Unfortunately, the person we finally reached only gave us our room code, but not the code to get into the house, so we were unable to access the home the first night and ended up having to stay in a hotel. After that, however, the staff were excellent and went out of their way to rectify everything.

“Never stay here! 30% refund offered but did not offset having no shower and poor conditions”
+Room was nicely appointed with furnishings
−No breakfast!! No staff on site. TV lost network connection. Shower had no water supply. Crown molding in room broken in places. Signs of water damage. Outside the room, empty water cooler jugs were strewn about the property. Room was above an old garage in the back of the property. Parking space designated for our room was taken by another vehicle.

“Excellent location and quiet. Steps are an adventure”
+Clean, quiet, responsive, very comfortable place and close to downtown
−14 steps up and down to get into property. The walk into the stairs were slippery because they needed to be pressure washed along with the front door. Parking is extremely tight. Popping noises when walking into the shower

“Great stay At Journey's End”
+The location was great. 2 min to trolly stop. 5 min to main strip for all the shops. Balcony was so nice. I stayed in the Howard Carter room. Egypt theme. Clean, bed was great and shower hot hot water perfect. I had a small issue and the host was all over it a fixed it same day. Very impressed. I did not have any problems checking in with the codes that were provided. My room was second floor with stairs leading up to it. I will definitely stay here again. The big shared kitchen was perfect for me to cook in and lobby was beautiful.
−Thay I had to check out😕

+Great location - walking distance to most everything. On-site parking was definitely a plus. Charming old house with a kitchen and laundry room in the main house which came in handy. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Management was very helpful offering to make arrangements to get trolley tickets or pick us up from the airport. They also suggested places to eat and things to do. We would definitely stay here again.
